Good things here

The community is quite pleasant, and the amenities available are decent. There are parks, gardens, and green spaces that add to the charm of the place.

Things need improvement

The government isn't doing a good job of cleaning up the area, and people are contributing to the problem by littering with plastic waste. Additionally, there are issues with street lights not working at times, and street vendors and stray dogs are causing problems as well.

Good things here

The society is situated on a main road, making it convenient for accessing shops that are well-maintained and fully stocked with groceries and dairy products. There's a large gym nearby, which is the second biggest in the area and spans across three floors with all the necessary equipment. The swimming pool is also within a 10-15 minute walk. Parking isn't an issue as there's ample space available. Additionally, the society has its own park, and there are two more parks nearby. Transport facilities are easily accessible, so there's no need to wait or stand in queues.

The metro station is about 15-20 minutes away from the society by vehicle, which might be a bit inconvenient for some residents. Additionally, there are no clubs available nearby. The area is undergoing development, so there can be noise disturbances at times due to construction activities.

Good things here

The society management was top-notch, providing ample parking space and even a dedicated area for pet walking. Security was a priority with CCTV coverage throughout the area. The playground was large enough for cricket and basketball, and the well-maintained club offered plenty of indoor games. Surrounding roads were wide and clean, and the rooms were spacious with good quality plaster and no drainage or seepage issues. Overall construction was solid, and the society was pet-friendly with excellent maintenance services and well-kept gardens. Public transportation was easily accessible, and the society itself was lush green with plenty of parking. The gym equipment was modern, and there were trained trainers available. All in all, it was a comfortable and enjoyable living environment.

Things need improvement

The train station isn't close, and you have to pay for parking. There's only one entrance gate, and no security cameras on the floors. Other people from nearby areas also park here, making parking tough. There aren't any shops or bakeries nearby, and hospitals and good schools are far away. There's no designated area for older people to walk, and no space for cycling. It's hard to get to the highway or metro, and there are no clubs nearby. Maintenance fees are high, and there are no bus stops, ATMs, or banks nearby, so you have to book a cab to go anywhere.

There are no issues in the area; everything is fine, so there's nothing to worry about. Plus, there are good transportation facilities available.

Good things here

Society ki connectivity ek dum badhiya hai, grocery shops hain, vegetable shops availabe hai public residence area hai yeh, paani ka issue nahi hai. Mall bhi hai paas mein. Roads acche hain. Maintenance charges bohot hi kam hain. Open space hai which is sufficient for parking. Garbage ka issue nahi hai, full time sweeper hai society mein. Construction quality accha hai, Runwal walo ka pehla project hai yeh. Safety features hain sab. Spacious hai area. Clubhouse , gym, bacccho ke khelne ke liye 2 maidaan hain. 24/7 security hai. Neighbours bhi acche hain.

Bohot purani hai society, 1991 mein bana tha. Drainage ka issue hai thoda bohot. Society bhi purana hai isloye thoda leakage ka problem hain yahan. Amenities like swimming pool band kardiya hai kyuki maintain nahi ho paa raha tha.

Good things here

This society is excellently maintained with plenty of amenities. The overall maintenance is really impressive, and it's located about 2-2.5 km from the station.

Things need improvement

It's a bit more than 2 km from the station, and there's still some ongoing construction, leading to occasional temporary noise during the daytime.
