Good things here

Having lived in Pink Town House for 20 years, I've witnessed numerous positive changes that have truly enhanced the area. It's fantastic to see the addition of better schools, a multi-specialty hospital, parks, an advanced gym, and a nearby shopping mall. The availability of metro services, excellent cab services, and efficient public transportation have made commuting a breeze. The absence of traffic jams, well-maintained roads, and the pet-friendly atmosphere all contribute to the overall appeal. Moreover, the quality of construction, including both the buildings and lifts, is commendable. Pink Town House has truly evolved into a wonderful place to live.

Things need improvement

Insufficient parking leads to vehicles blocking footpaths, posing serious risks to pedestrians. This issue requires urgent attention to prevent accidents.

Good things here

It's a small gated and secure society, conveniently located near the toll, highway, and Ambience Mall. Accessibility to CyberHub and other areas of Gurgaon is effortless. The prices of 2BHK and 3BHK flats are reasonable, ranging from 80 lacs to 1.15 crores. Overall, it's an ideal area for people of all ages, with all amenities within walking distance. From a rental perspective, it's also favorable, with prices starting from 5k+ for single rooms to villas. I give 5 stars to the DLF Phase 3 area.

Good things here

This area offers convenient access to all daily necessities, from groceries to salons, general stores, ATMs, and more. Moreover, it's reassuringly safe for women and girls at night, with regular patrols by vigilant watchmen.

Things need improvement

Parking availability is inadequate, and occasional water problems arise. While the park is spacious, there's a shortage of playthings for kids, which could be improved.

Good things here

Having resided in DLF Phase 3 since 2004, I can attest to its beauty and convenience. The area boasts well-maintained roads, pet-friendly amenities, multiple parks, and spacious playgrounds. Access to an advanced gym, reliable public transport, and excellent power backup adds to its appeal. Additionally, there are well-maintained swimming pools and nearby metro stations facilitating city-wide travel. The presence of quality schools, readily available cabs, and good construction standards further enhance its livability. With options for rented rooms and hotels, coupled with efficient maintenance services at nominal charges, DLF Phase 3 offers a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.

Things need improvement

Parking shortages lead to vehicles being parked on footpaths, endangering pedestrians who must walk on the roadside, increasing accident risks. Additionally, road conditions are inconsistent, with seepage causing plaster to fall in various areas. This poses safety concerns and requires prompt attention to ensure pedestrian and vehicular safety.

Good things here

The primary allure of the society is its location, followed by the layout of the flats, with 2BHKs on the ground floor and 3BHK duplexes on the first and second floors, all offering ample space. Perhaps most importantly, the pricing is exceptionally reasonable compared to other areas in Gurgaon. Additionally, the neighborhood is surrounded by malls, hospitals, and schools, enhancing its overall appeal.

Things need improvement

There are some drawbacks to consider, such as the absence of a large playground for children, limited parking space, and the lack of club and other facilities.

Good things here

The society is a gated community with guards on duty round the clock, ensuring security. CCTV cameras are installed at the gates for added safety. Parks and play areas for kids are well-maintained, providing a safe and enjoyable environment. Additionally, the main market is located right beside the society, making everything easily accessible within 2 minutes. The society also celebrates most festivals, fostering a sense of community. Metro connectivity is conveniently nearby, enhancing accessibility to other parts of the city.

Things need improvement

While the RWA management can sometimes appear sluggish, they do eventually get things done. Parking management could be improved, but it generally gets the job done. It's worth noting that power backup isn't automatically included in all houses; you have to opt for it separately. Occasionally, electricity outages can last for extended periods, although this isn't a frequent occurrence.

Good things here

The society is well-connected to other areas, including Delhi and Gurugram, through the metro and rail networks. It's efficiently managed by society managers and benefits from nearby shopping areas, including malls and small stores, offering convenience for residents. Adequate parking areas provide both security and convenience.

While there aren't many dislikes overall, some individuals may have varying opinions. Suggestions for improvement include expanding the size of parks and addressing traffic congestion, which can be a concern for some residents.
