The amenities are great, with easy access to metro and train services, plus the convenience of having R City Mall nearby.

Apart from the inconvenience of broken roads during the metro works, everything else is fine and awesome.

This housing society by Kalpataru Builders is truly amazing, situated close to R City Mall. It features three floors of parking with top-notch security and CCTV cameras, ensuring safety. Outsiders are not allowed, adding to the security measures. Moreover, it boasts a beautiful temple within its premises. There's plenty of space for outdoor activities like cricket and football near the club. Speaking of the club, it's absolutely gorgeous, equipped with amenities like a squash court, library, table tennis, and an audio-visual studio room, among others. The parks are well-maintained and perfect for kids aged 6-12 to enjoy.
Things need improvement
Because of its proximity to a Masjid and ongoing metro line work, the traffic on the roads is moderate during off-peak hours. However, during office hours, the traffic tends to be heavy.

this society was at prime location near by transport facilities were available,and the best part were amenities of this society like club house and swimming pool and other as well

Society is very clean and hygenic ,people of kalpataru are best part about this society they are so sweet by nature

Connectivity of this apartment can be better like new road should be constructed and the amenities like swimming pool and jacuzzi is not well maintained and jacuzzi is not working since years now and society is not looking into it ,if any kind of big project occures in the society,managing committee always delays the project

Society is very peaceful and build quality is good,all the people are educated and surrounding is good ,connectivity of the apartment is good .people over here are from high middle income so maintainaince is also reasonable .
Things need improvement
They should adopt rain harvesting in the society as well and sometimes there is issue regarding guest parking in the society

There are lots of regulation for the residence of this society like we cant put our slippers outside the flat and do so we have to pay fine
