The area seems to be well-connected to the Western Express Highway and has a nearby railway station. The facilities provided are satisfactory, and there is ample space around the society. CCTV cameras are installed for security purposes, and the property is well-maintained. It is currently under construction and is referred to as ODC - The next BKC. Additionally, there is a turf available nearby for sports activities, ensuring opportunities for physical exercise. Moreover, having a movie theatre nearby adds to the convenience and entertainment options for residents.
Things need improvement
The area is congested, leading to traffic congestion while moving around. Additionally, the design of the building appears outdated from the outside. The presence of a busy area nearby could pose a challenge for some residents. Furthermore, the road leading to the apartment has potholes, which could become problematic during the rainy season. However, there are plans to construct a new road to address this issue. Additionally, there are a few industries in the vicinity, possibly related to machinery.

Good things here
Sunteck Avenue 1 has everything you need for a comfortable lifestyle, like yoga and gym facilities, a pool, and spaces for kids and seniors. It's also well-connected to the city via roads and railways. So, if you're looking for a great place to live, this is it!
Things need improvement
The current lockdown situation, people are looking to return to their homes, which doesn't bode well for the builder's sales. Considering the current economic downturn in India, the cost of this project seems unreasonably high.

Sunteck Avenue 1 is packed with facilities like yoga and gym areas, swimming pools for both adults and kids, party lawns, and spaces for children to play. It's conveniently located near major roads and train stations, making it a smart choice for investment in the future.

Dealing with the customer service team at Sunteck Avenue 1 has been really tough. They've been unprofessional and rude, making the whole property buying experience a regretful one. Plus, with the lockdown and economic slowdown, it's even harder for builders to sell properties, especially if they're priced high.

not power cuts in building or in the area where we lived before and open space for playing games and good vibe

The building has excellent security services and amenities. Additionally, it's reassuring to hear that the watchmen are responsible and undergo regular health checkups. Based on your positive experience and your relative's residence there, it seems like a good idea to consider buying a flat or property in that building.

The area experiences traffic noise, particularly from horns, and is situated near the Western Express Highway. This might be a concern for some people who prefer quieter environments.

This is a gated community with excellent amenities and construction quality that surpasses the price you pay for it. The residents are friendly, and there's even a convenience store within the complex. The waterfront is a standout feature, making the project unique. Overall, it's a great society considering the balance of cost and quality. It's a pleasant place to live and enjoy life, complete with a football court for kids.
Things need improvement
Since the society is still under construction, many things are unfinished. The club facilities are not yet complete, so it will take some time before residents can use them. Another challenge is the presence of a 24-meter service road that divides the project.
