Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. The maintainance is done in the society, the society is kept clean and hygine is maintained. The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced. the facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Paintings are done on time in the common areas.
Things need improvement
Sometimes during rainy season water logging happens outside the main gate of the society, but that happens when during heavy rainfall. There is no such improvement required, this society is well to do.

All facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

For me the commuting is very easy to different parts of the city. Everything in close distance from highway, hospital, school, shopping mall- names something and it is there in posh locality.
