Good things here
The society is surrounded by lush greenery, offering ample space for residents to enjoy. There are multiple parks for children to play in, and a clubhouse with a gym and swimming pool adds to the recreational amenities available.

Absolutely no downsides to mention. The neighbors are friendly, and it's a pet-friendly society. The environment is safe and tranquil, providing a soothing atmosphere for all residents.

Good things here
The area boasts no pollution and abundant greenery, along with an impressive clubhouse. The society comprises 440 flats across 11 buildings and features good security measures. Notably, the well-lit playground enhances the recreational options, complemented by facilities like a gym, table tennis, and a small swimming pool. The presence of over 100 trees adds to the natural beauty. Conveniently, there are three nearby metro stations, two large malls, and several hospitals. Cleaning standards are top-notch, and residents benefit from 24/7 water and electricity supply.
Things need improvement
According to me, there are no downsides to mention. Everything about the place is fantastic, especially considering the low maintenance fees.

Society was very neat and clean all the amenities were very well maintained and spacious rooms were there

Car parking area was good and enough for residence but only occasionally if any kind of function is there in society we have to park outside

Society was very clean and maintainance was good and the security staff was also good,spacious rooms

Swimming pool was never clean,we had leakage issues in the unit like in bedroom bathroom kitchen water was falling from the ceilling ,build quality was not that great

Everything here quite very well maintained and good atmosphere is there and people over here are also soft spoken and friendly.

We have mix community in our society and we all stay together celebrate together .this society is 30 yrs old but as such it is quite well maintained and neat and clean.connectivity is good and maintainance is good

Morning and evening time slot for gym is allocated to mens only,so working women has to go outside the apartment for gyming .and gender discrimination should be done,and secondly local fruit and vegatable vendors inside the apartments charges are double ,so it should not be happen

Connectivity is good and we have quite big unit and the park area is very beautiful and society has good security for residence
Things need improvement
Supply of water is the main issue that we face and managing committee has to ensure this does not happens again .and in rainy season we face leakage issue very often.

Local transport facilities are available near by and schools, hospitals are near by apartments ,garden area is very big and well maintained,crowd of the people in society is good.

The apartment has quite big space and park area is also big to walk around and we celebrate all the festival all together

This unit is in very bad condition like scrap is coming out of wall and leakage issue is quite big problem and all the wires of the apartment is damaged and yes water supply to this society is also bounded by time,many times i have compalin it to the owner but yet no response
