The atmosphere of the society is very pleasant, fostering a strong sense of community closeness. The residents are warm, friendly, and diverse, including members of the Corien community. The water facilities in the society are excellent, and being a new construction, the buildings are well-constructed. Additionally, there is power backup available in the society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity in this society is quite challenging as there are limited options for cabs and autos. Facilities are also somewhat scarce, considering that the society is situated around 2 kilometers away from the highway. Consequently, there may be some pollution concerns. Additionally, the absence of a proper grocery shop near the society adds inconvenience to residents. User

For transportation needs, cabs can easily be booked through Ola and Uber, while autos are readily available outside the society. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained, enhancing the overall quality of life within the community. Moreover, the environment of the society exudes tranquility and serenity, creating a peaceful atmosphere for residents.

The society is facing challenges with garbage disposal, which needs immediate attention. Additionally, the construction quality is subpar, evidenced by numerous leakage and seepage issues in the pipes. Furthermore, there's a noticeable lack of greenery within the society, detracting from its aesthetic appeal.
