Good things here
Living in sea-facing flats with all amenities inside the society, such as convenience stores, a clubhouse, doctor's office, and a fire brigade, sounds wonderful. Additionally, the beautifully constructed duplex flats and being just a 5-minute walk from the beach add to the appeal of this location.
Things need improvement
Getting around might be a bit tricky, especially for new or daily travelers. The quickest way is by taking a ferry from Versova jetty, but it can be unpredictable. If you go by road from Infinity Mall Malad, it takes about 45 minutes, which is longer.

It's an excellent society for a peaceful life, featuring two playgrounds for kids, a covered turf ground for adults, and ample parking with a double-parking system. CCTV ensures security, and temporary visitors have designated parking. The construction quality is high, elevators are fast, and entry is controlled via intercom. The society is close to Sanjay Gandhi National Park, providing fresh air. Nearby schools include Ganesha, Shakur, Children's Academy, and Shakur College. There's a movie theater, and popular outlets like Domino's, McDonald's, and Pizza Hut are nearby. Smart is within walking distance, and the Western Express Highway is just 2 minutes away.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charge is Rs 3 per sq km, and the area is connected to the metro. However, maintenance is lacking, with delays in addressing issues even after multiple meetings. Visitor parking is limited, leading to some parking on the sidewalk due to lack of alternatives. Unfortunately, there are no pet-friendly policies in place.

This society is suitable for anyone, whether you have a family or you are a bachelor. The environment is excellent and secure, and there is a playground for kids. Bus service is conveniently located just a few steps away.
Things need improvement
There are no significant dislikes; however, at some places in the society, internet connectivity may be less reliable.

Travelling issue - For people new to the area or commuting daily, getting around might be a bit tricky. The quickest way is to take a ferry from Persona jetty, crossing a creek and reaching Made in just 2 minutes. However, this option can be unreliable. Alternatively, the road route takes much longer, approximately 45 minutes, starting from Infinity Mall in Malay.
