Good things here
Harish lives in a non gated society , the connectivity of major shops and transport is there. There is a swimming pool at distant with a park nearby.

As he lives in a non gated society, he doesn't have any points for improvement in the society. Having asked the same, he said that people can work on plaster and fittings that's pretty much it

Good things here
Transport connectivity is good with availability of cabs and autos nearby. Roads are wide and spacious. Maintenance is fine with no water supply and logging issues. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage, termites and leakage issues. Residents are cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, they found it challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However they noted that Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society premises. There is no play area for kids.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Water supply issues are not faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Paintings are done on time. Parking issues are not faced in the society. Roads outside the society are well maintained. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. Street dog issues are not faced inside the premises of the society.
Things need improvement
In our neighborhood, we don't have some important things like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, or a play area for kids. These things are not there right now. If we had them, it would make our society better and more fun.

Good things here
We relocated from a society where the metro was distant, necessitating reliance on buses and rickshaws for transportation.the society excelled in parking and maintenance, although waterlogging was an issue. Nearby amenities were lacking, although a market was accessible.
Things need improvement
Lift malfunctions were a common occurrence, and while the painting was maintained, the gym was outdated, and there was no swimming pool. waterlogging was an issue.which is common in whole Gurgoan.

Good things here
The buildings are very good and well maintained.painting also done on time.people are very friendly and cooperative.there is a neat and clean park in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro is very far from the society the roads are not in good condition.there is no facilities likeswimming pool and gym.the shopping complex is also too far from the society it takes 30 mins to reach market.

Nearby mall,market,super markets, sabkuchh bohot jada kareeb hai. swiming pool,gym ,club house sabkuchh hai and well maintained bhi hai.

Parking area main camera nhi hai isliye chori hota hai. society ke bahar barish main 2-3 feet paani hojata hai.

Good things here
He said main apna personal vehicle (2-wheeler) use karta hoon, roads theek hain, traffic ka bhi issue nahi hain. Maintenance mein kooda time se uthta hai, lifts bhi hain. Parking area bhi hai. No seepage issues in my flat. Balconies hain flat mein, Ventilation accha hai. People are friendly & helpful.
Things need improvement
Society ke backside mein hi ek kacchi basti hai, jiski wajah se kuch ajeeb se log society ke aas paas ghoomte rehte hain, woh ek issue hai. There are no amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks in society, it is a very basic type of society.

Good things here
Metro station is nearby, Auto's, Buses and Cabs are easy to find and travel. Cleanliness is well maintained in the premises.
Things need improvement
Some people have their own personal CCTV cameras for their homes, but there aren't CCTV cameras in the colony for everyone to use. Amenities are available in the colony, but you have to pay extra for them. There are seepage issues on the ground floors.

The society is very good to live in it has a very good connectivity to school and hospital as they are at a radius of 1.5km and the market is at the walking distance from the society.

The only draw back is that there is no anmeties present in the society.

this is a small apartment not like a big society. no amenitis like swiming pool,club house,parking area ,play ground nothing is there.
