This apartment complex stands out as one of the best in JP Nagar. While it features older architecture, it remains a desirable living space for both adults and children. The society offers well-maintained amenities including a mini playground, swimming pools for both kids and adults, and spacious homes.
Things need improvement
Although it's considered one of the best apartments in the area, some may find its appearance to be more old-fashioned compared to newer developments. Additionally, it's perceived as overpriced, especially when similar pricing quotations for newer apartments in the same area are available.

The amenities provided met your expectations, and overall, you had a great experience. It's reassuring to know that the construction quality was excellent, with no imperfections observed.
Things need improvement
I disliked the high cost of the amenities provided; it exceeded my budget and felt overly expensive. Additionally, the absence of club facilities and the poor maintenance of the swimming pool were disappointing. Overall, I found the facilities provided to be expensive and not worth the investment.

All the facilities like clubhouse, gym, parking area, playground all are there. Pub lic transport is easy to catch.

Nearby supermarkets, malls, hospital etc. are under construction. No other issues on this society.
