Situated on Golf Course Road, with the golf course nearby, it offers unparalleled surroundings. Plus, it ticks all the boxes for what one looks for in a home – proximity to the metro, departmental stores, and highway connectivity. Here, you'll find pet-loving and kind neighbors ready to greet you around the clock. It truly offers an exceptional living experience.
Things need improvement
The only drawback I can point out is the higher cost associated with living here, as prices on Golf Course Road tend to be inflated. Additionally, there's a presence of some individuals who appear self-obsessed, which can create a slightly toxic environment at times.

Residents enjoy a plethora of amenities under an annual membership fee, including a gymnasium, gold-class cinema hall, fine-dining restaurant, multiple swimming pools, spa, salon, and more. It's a luxurious haven for the elite residents of Gurugram.
Things need improvement
While DLF Magnolias itself boasts luxurious amenities and an exclusive atmosphere, the surrounding area may lack in economic prosperity, and some residents might exhibit behaviors perceived as rude. It's worth noting that the locality primarily attracts residents from diverse backgrounds, including corporate professionals from companies like Ambesys.

The society features a state-of-the-art gym, lush green surroundings, and top-notch maintenance. Its club is excellent, and the construction quality is high.

This is one of the great projects I have come across. The ready-to-move project offers amenities such as a 24-hour water supply, 24-hour electricity, a fire extinguishing system, water conservation, sewage treatment, and much more.
