The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Parking spaces are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Pest control was done on time. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is avilable. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Security apps are used in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Open spaces are available in the society. The society is safe at night for kids and women. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Balcony is not available. Covered parking area is not availlable. Visitor's parking is not available in the society.

Good things here
Safe secure and luxurious property to stay in. It is centrally placed with good connectivity to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. There are several malls within a km distance.
Things need improvement
Nothing, the society is well connected to other parts of the city. There are no power cut issues in the Thane area and many shops in and around the locality.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is very good as cabs and autos are easily available and there is a bus stand nearby. Maintenance quality is good with proper electricity and no water logging and supply issues. Amenities like gym, parking lot, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the premises. Neighborhood is friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is average with some seepage issues. Inconvenience due to feeding of Stray dogs by some people inside the society.

During the rainy season, there tends to be some waterlogging outside the gate. However, overall, this remains a perfect place for residential purposes, characterized by friendly neighbors and frequent joint festivities.

Connectivity of the apartment is great like auto and cabs are easy to approach near by the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional.High security system is there in the society all the areas are under cctv survilance.Construction quality of the apartment is really good there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society so the socilaism is really good in the society.
Things need improvement
Only owners has the allocated parking in the society and visitors parking is limited in the society.There is no power back up facilities in the society.

Public connectivity is lacking, necessitating the use of private vehicles to reach the nearest metro station or other destinations.

Good things here
Open area, swimming pool and gym are plus point of the society. restaurants, malls and schools were nearby. water supply was sufficient, security was top notch. people were decent. all festivals being celebrated. society is pets friendly. balcony was there for flats. visitors have allotted with visitors parking.
Things need improvement
Public transportation is very big issue. auto or buses nothing was accessible. needed to walk at least 2-3km, it was not safe for ladies at night. traffic jam was also there on main roads. bachelors were not allowed in the society by the committee. seepage issue was major mainly in monsoon time.
