No Dislike .This society stands out as one of the best in the nearby area, offering abundant greenery ideal for both children and elderly residents. Its proximity to the expressway adds to its appeal, enhancing connectivity and accessibility.

Good things here

The swimming pool and clubhouse in the society are up to standard, and there's also a nice park. There are no issues with seepage or leakage. I don't know much about my neighbors because there hasn't been much interaction. The society's maintenance is of high quality, and they take care of all the services well.

Good things here

Transport connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality is also good with no water supply or electricity supply issues. Garbage is removed. Elevators are installed and maintained. Security guards are present. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. There is a play area for children. Cultural events are celebrated together in the society.

Metro station is not available nearby. Water logging issues exist on roads outside the society premises. Paintings and waterproofing are not done. Construction quality is also poor with seepage issues.

The area boasts exceptional cleanliness, with shops conveniently located within easy reach. Additionally, having a mall within the society adds to the convenience factor. Residents also benefit from easy access to medical care, with doctors and other medical facilities available nearby. Moreover, the society's connection to the main highway from one side enhances its accessibility.

Some parts of the neighborhood need attention. For example, there aren't security guards or CCTV cameras in some areas, which can be concerning for safety. Also, some nearby roads need improvement, and sometimes they're closed without a clear explanation

I've been living in Vatika City for about four months now, renting a property there. It's impressively well-planned, and I haven't encountered any parking or maintenance issues. Plus, there's a designated pet area, which is perfect for my dog

The construction around the area is ongoing, and it can feel a bit unsettling near NH-8 at night. The grass isn't well maintained either, but overall, it's okay. I don't have any major issues with living there.

This place has it all – shopping mall, club, swimming pool, gym, badminton court, market, shops, maintenance, security, and housekeeping! It's got everything covered.

It's a gated community, ensuring that outsiders can't enter without a pass. The presence of CCTV cameras throughout enhances security. Festivals are celebrated within the society. Additionally, there are facilities like a playhouse for indoor games and a park for outdoor activities.

The society's proximity to the highway leads to constant traffic noise, and the absence of nearby metro connectivity is a downside. Despite these issues, there's a fondness for the society.

The apartment complex has a lot of open space, which is unusual and great. It features three big parks, two open badminton courts, well-maintained areas for swings, a walled tennis ground, and a place for skating. It's perfect for kids, with a playroom for younger ones. The entire space is well-kept and even has cushioned flooring in the swing area.

Things need improvement

The electrical fittings in the apartments are of poor quality. Despite having many parks, older individuals tend to occupy them, preventing kids from playing. Public transport options are limited, and owning a car is preferable. Some roads leading to Seven Lamps are in a state of disrepair for an extended period without any action being taken.
