Good things here
Roads are wide and clean, No water logging problem, no electricity problem, No Water supply issue. Society is clean, Clubhouse, swimming pool are clean, park area is there for children, we have seperate parking area for guests, Educated and well -mannered people are living there.
Things need improvement
Bit seepage problem occur in the society, also painting is not done inside the society only corridors and outside is painted everytime.

Bohot din se paint nhi hua hai toh paint ka bohot jada jarurat hai. kisi kisi flat main seepage ka problem hai.

Facilities like gym, swimming pool are there . people are very friendly and co-operative.

Costruction quality is not good , plaster quality is very bad . maintenance issues are there , maintenance needs to be improved. people are facing network issue .

Good things here
Starting with the connectivity of the society - we do get the public transport very frequently, metro station is nearby. Roads are very well maintained. Adding on tho this, no major traffic issues are there. The Maintenance of the society is reallyimpressive, everything is well maintained - due to which everything looks fine and settlend in the society. It is clean and has hygiene. The construction quality of the society is really good. Issues like seepage, leakage and even water logging are never faced till the date in the society. Apart from that there have been numerous facilities and anemities in the society such as Gyms, CCtv's, Security guards, Clubhouses, Swimming pools, Access to parks etc. People here are well educated and there exists good bonding among us.
Things need improvement
I personally feel that there is nothing loopholes in the society as for now that needs to be improved, everything is in the good working condition.

Good things here
The connectivity to the society is very good as the nearest metro station is at the radius of 4 to 5 km and schools and hospital are at a radius of 2 to 3 km.All the necessary amneties are avaliable in the society and are kept very neat and clean.
Things need improvement
Cleanliness is a problem because there is a open sewer outside the society and people throw garbage there and the construction quality is also not good as complain of seepage comes from every society

Connectivity bohot achchi thi iss society ki. Malls aur market sab tha paas mai, autos, rickshaw sab asani se mil jaate the society ke paas. Water logging toh nahi hoti baarish mai. Gym, club house, pool, park sab tha society mai aur maintained bhi the. Neighbours bhi friendly hain, aur saare festivals celebrate hote the. Iss society ki location aur iske flats ka structure bohot achcha hai.
Things need improvement
Maintenance theek tha kuch khaas nahi tha. Average thi maintenance. Thoda saaf safai kam thi. Lift aur cctv sab hai, lekin jaise kaam chal raha tha toh cheezein improve ho sakti thi, but kiya nahi. Seelan aur seepage ka bhi kaafi issue hai. Flats mai seelan aati rehti hai.

Good things here
The best part is that my appartment does not have water leakage & seepage problem but many in the society do. our society is well mentained with all the serviec their could be in society including swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, etc. we have enough greenry and parks which keep the envirnment clean and natural.

Its a small society, we have all facilities available, including banks, shops, and various amenities

Shifted 5 years ago. For transportation, autos and cabs were available, and nearby locations were good with excellent route connectivity to Delhi and Faridabad. Market areas and daily need shops were nearby, and regular cleaning was properly maintained.
Things need improvement
The metro station was very far, and even autos were not available at odd timings. Maintenance charges were too high with insufficient proper service. There was no development, such as no temple, mismanagement of the clubhouse, and poorly organized events and festivals. Seepage issues were present, and the landlord was uncooperative and unhelpful. Water used to overflow up to the hall during the rainy season.

Transport connectivity is satisfactory with availability of cabs autos and rikshaws nearby. The metro station is only 3 km away. A shopping complex is available nearby. Maintenance quality is good with no hygiene related issues and timely disposal of waste. Construction quality is also satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Indoor and outdoor game facilities are also provided. There is a parking lot. Residents are friendly and cooperative and celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
The presence of stray dogs in the area causes inconvenience for residents. It poses challenges to daily activities, making it difficult to navigate the neighborhood comfortably.
