Good things here
They've actually provided a spacious playground, and there are plenty of shops conveniently located within the society. Plus, there's ample parking space available, which is quite convenient.
Things need improvement
Sometimes during the rainy season, the drainage system gets blocked, causing water to accumulate on the roads. This can make it difficult to ride or drive around the area.

The neighborhood has everything you could need within the community: there's a pool, gym, elevators, a kids' play area, sports facilities, and a garden. It's a gated community, so it's safe, and pets are welcome here too. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and supportive, making it a great place to live.
Things need improvement
Some parts of the area are a bit older and could use a fresh coat of paint. The playground for kids isn't very spacious, and there's limited parking space for cars.

It's located in a very posh area and is well connected to other parts of the city by bus and train. Public transport facilities are good in this location. Schools, banks, ATMs, and hospitals are available nearby, making it a perfect location for families.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges for the society are very high, and there are issues like swimwear not being provided, along with the swimming pool not being cleaned for a week.

This budget apartment is considered one of the best choices for purchasing. It's a ready-to-move project with good amenities. People who already live here have shared positive reviews about their experience. Despite what you might think, it's just a short drive from the highway road, and the connecting roads are in excellent condition, linking TATA to the highway road. I highly recommend considering these wonderful homes, especially since there's no need to wait for possession as it's a ready-to-move apartment.

Tata New Heaven doesn't have many negatives; it provides all the necessary amenities with good quality. A must-buy!

Nice Society, There is a sports academy offering tennis, football, basketball, and cricket facilities, which residents may have access to. The society also features a swimming pool, and there are several parks scattered around. Shopping facilities are good
Things need improvement
It's a nice society, although a bit overcrowded with too many cars. There is no personal pool available, and nearby construction work is a major problem.

The society is located near RMC YARD and is surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. In proximity, there are Kana Resort and Golden Palm Resort, making it a beautiful place for both bachelors and families. There are several grocery shops outside the premises, and the parking space is ample. The society offers all basic facilities for the residents.

The society faces poor public transport facilities and is situated far away from the city. It is essentially in a rural area with limited public transportation options, and there is no metro connectivity. However, the road conditions are relatively acceptable.
