Good things here

Transportation connectivity near the society was good with easy availability of cabs and autos. The water quality was good. Electricity was supplied timely. Construction quality was satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. The neighborhood was friendly and cooperative.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. The society is peaceful. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is available.

Things need improvement

Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, parks,club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Amenities are not maintained. Balcony is not available in all appartments. Security apps are not available. Drainage system is not good, during rainy season water logging issues are faced. society gets flooded with water loggong issues.

Good things here

There are good schools and hospitals near by the society.Rooms are spacious and well designed,there are full size window so the vantilation is proper inside the units.All the amenities are available in the society and eveything is well maintained.High security system has been adopted and there are cctv survilance in all area.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.

Power back facilities were available in the society but only common light,lift and lobby area.There were no balcony attached with rooms.

Good things here

High security system as there are gaurds 24/7 and all the areas are under cctv survilance.Managing committe is so attentive to resolve issue that come across by the residents.Proper garbage collection is done in the society and time to time mopping and sweeping is done.Community of the people is really good and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.maintenance charges are reasonable and allocated parking is availabe.

Things need improvement

Public transport like railway station,bus stop was quite far away from the society but you can approach local transport easily.Metro is under construction in these are.Amenities are not available in the building but there is area where it is commonly used by the residents of that area but that too not operation since long time..

Things need improvement

The drainage system is inadequate, leading to waterlogging problems, especially during the rainy season. The society experiences flooding due to these issues. Additionally, there is no open ground available.

Good things here

The maintenance charges of the society are justified, and cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24/7. Autos, buses, and everything else are readily available nearby. Garbage collection is done daily. Issues are resolved promptly. There is no issue with leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There are fire exits. People celebrate together. Security is available 24/7. The roads outside the society are good and well-lit at night. The society is pet-friendly, and the flats are well-ventilated.
