The place is located at the Central Mumbai so lots of location advantage is available here. Kanjurmarg Railway Station is situated on the Central Line of Mumbai Suburban Railway Network serves the location also. The international airport at Andheri is just 10km away from the estate which is hugely beneficial for me. Bandra Kurla Complex (13.5 km) is available through the Eastern Express Highway. Bhandup Industrial Area is just 5km away. Sai Samruddhi Hospital and Ankur Hospital are located so close and educational institutions such as St. Francis Xavier's High School and is close to IIT Bombay are at stones throw distance. I read in IIT Bombay which is easily accessible from my future residence.

The following issues should be considered by the authorities also. Kanjurmarg Dumping Ground, which receives nearly 60 percent of Mumbai's waste which is located so near to this estate which is much disturbing. The slum settlements of this locality will create a lots of negative effects on the residents of this place. Severe potholes are found in the Eastern Express Highway which create huge tendency of road accidents. Also frequent power cuts happen in this area.

The housing is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. They proposed us to add basketball, badminton courts, gym here. It includes a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic superficial amenities.

Kanaika Zen World could therefore be said one of the reasonable accomplishments I have ever known. This place is positioned in Kanjur Marg in Central Mumbai. This is an upcoming project and is formulated by Kanakia Spaces Realty. I would like to say that they proposed to give me all of the elegant luxuries and residence at a very satisfactory price. The swimming pool, kids playground, gym and many additional are located on the campus as well. I am planning to buy a 2bhk flat for myself at a very reasonable price. This place for me has to be one of the beneficial projects eventually.
