Good things here
All local transport like autos and buses everything was nearby connectivity is high. Schools, colleges and restaurants were nearby. traffic jam was not an issue. water supply was 24*7. people and security were great. there was no leakage in my flat.
Things need improvement
Cleanliness and maintenance of the society was very poor. swimming pool and gym was there but not properly maintained by the committee. there were no balconies to the flats. some flats have leakage and seepage issues. there was noise pollution because of outside vehicles. issues were not resolved on time.

Good things here
Local railway station,bus auto stand is at walkable distance from the society.Society is very well maintained and high security system for resident,senior citizen and for the kids.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Build quality is top notch.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities present in the society like no swimming pool,club house,gym etc.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Other facilities like swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Water supply issues are faced, sometimes we don't get the supply. Emergency exits are not available. Gym is available but it is not functional. The society is not maintained and is not kept clean. Management could have been better.

Mainly 2 and 3 BHK flats are found in Bhumiraj Meadows and this project is well-developed. There are many facilities like a lift, gymnastic, a banquet hall, vastu compliant and so on.

The apartmental area is surrounded by trees and the place where the apartment is located has a pollution free environment. The locality is safe for women and public transport is also available at night.
