Good things here
The roads outside the society were in good condition. Garbage collection was done daily. Water was available 24/7. Flats had proper ventilation, and sunlight entered the house. There were fire exits in the buildings. Separate parking was available for visitors. The residents were quite decent. The location was very good, and the environment was pleasant.
Things need improvement
During office hours, it was difficult to find autos, and the local railway station was not within walking distance. After Covid, the society wasn't as clean as before, and the clubhouse remained closed during our stay there. Due to pets, many stray dogs used to enter the society, making it scary to go for a walk in the morning, fearing dog bites. These dogs also spread a lot of filth. There was seepage in the rooms near the bathrooms on all floors.

Some negative factors that I should include here that are several potholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer.

It is the breeding ground for most well-known IT hubs as well. Also this place has a good connection with roads and highways which seems much beneficial to me. My father is an employee of an IT hub which is just a few km distance from the place. The roadways is about few minutes reaching distance from my future home. The place delivers several useful factors like some well known schools, super speciality hospitals, banks, shopping malls, medicine shops are so close to my place.

If you are truly a nature lover, this would be my most recommended place for you. The place is too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. And if you looking for a perfect luxurious life too, this place is also perfect with their fix and fixtures. The blend of traditional and modern designs of the buildings are so unique. I'm going to live in a flat of this residence and all rooms are well ventilated with lots of space. The rooms are well decorated and steel grills exist in the attached balcony. Their security services are so remarkable. The whole is under 24×7 CCTV surveillance as well.

The residence is so green and has considerable space for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every morning. A huge space of jogging and walking track here. My husband has diabetes, and he will walk every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts, lawn tennis court exist here. It has a community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every dweller of this place used to do all the festivals and programs together. They are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with lots of basic external amenities as well.
