Good things here

Lived there 4 yrs ago. Connectivity was pretty good. Autos & rickshaws were easily available. Market area was nearby the society. Seelan and seepage was not an issue in the society. Water logging was not an issue.

Things need improvement

Maintenance of the society was ok as compared to other society's. Cleanliness was not maintained. Weekly cleaning was not conducted, lifts were dirty, lift lobby area was not cleaned. Amenities like gym, clubhouse, playarea, pool were not there in the society. Only 1 small park was there in the society. Didn't really interact with the neighbours, so really don't know about them. At that time no festivals were celebrated in the society.

Good things here

Lived 3 yrs ago, Metro was near the society and cabs and autos were easily available. Only garden was there.

Things need improvement

Maintenance was average, once in a while they got the buildings repainted. As I was a bachelor so neighbours were not very friendly. Festivals were also not celebrated because people would leave for their homes. Amenities like pool, club house and gym were not there.

Good things here

He said I used to live there few years back, in around 2019. The maintenance department was good, when issues were raised, maintenance team used to come and solve the issues. Connectivity was good, society is in central noida, public transport was available.

Things need improvement

Moisture was there when any washroom was attatched to walls. Society did not had any amenities like swimming pool, gym & clubhouse ready at that time. Society was not fully occupied at that time, so no festivals were celebrated there.

Good things here

Construction quality of the building was good. the best part was that the metro station was on walking distance. the society used to be neet and clean for most of the times.

Seepage is one of the issues which i think every society in Noida faces. no amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, or playground were available. the society did not host events so did not get a chance to interact with neighbors much.

Good things here

Maintenance is good in the society, no water supply and power back up issues. Society is in central noida. public transport, nearby markets , fresh vegatable and fruits sab hain paas mein available. Rent aur societies ke comparison mein kam hai, so isliye kaafi bachelors rehte hain iss society mein.

The society is well connected by road. Metro station is nearby the society. Hospitals are nearby the society. Roads quality is good outside the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Basement parking space is available. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. 2 Balcony are available in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Maintainance of amenities are done on time. Walking tracks are available inside the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

Sometimes traffic issues are faced outside the society specially during evening time. Power backup is not available in the society. Power cuts happens sometimes and it it takes a long time for the electricity to come back. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Door quality is not good but it was repaired later.

The construction quality is very bad of buildings, seepage and leakage issues are faced in the appartments. The buildings are not made of cements, balu is used more. Wall quality is very poor. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.

Good things here

The society has nearby metro station. Cabs, buses are available. CCTV Camera, lift, swimming pool, gyms are available in the society. Parks and clubhouse are there. No issue of leakage, water supply or electricity. People are also cooperative.

The society has cleanliness issues. Parking area, clubs are not clean enough. Overall the society is good, the only issue which is faced by the people is regarding cleanliness. There is an issue regarding seepage.

The society is always not maintained and kept clean. The management takes a lot of time to resolve any issues and society is not cleaned on a regular basis. Electricity issues are faced a lot, timely power backups are not provided. The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. But maintainance team rectifies when something arises. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Lift is available but due to low maintainance most of the time it is not functional. The lift used is schindler. Monthly maintainance charges are taken but inspite of that maintainance is not done on time.

Good things here

The transportation here is excellent, and the Sector-50 metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. Ola, Uber, and markets are available. The entire society is well-maintained and clean, with no water logging issues on the outer roads. Electricity is provided by the government, and there's a power backup. Water supply comes from the Jal Board. Inside the society, everything is good. I only know about my flat's construction quality, and there are no seepage or leakage problems. If anything breaks, the maintenance staff promptly fixes it. The society has lifts and CCTV cameras. The plaster and walls are strong, with concrete external walls and brick internal partition walls. There are amenities like a gym, clubhouse, snooker room, chess room, swimming pool, and a play area with a cricket net and ball net. There's also a park of approximately 100/70 meters with gardening and greenery, where you can walk and children can play. In my five years here, I haven't seen any conflicts among the residents. Everyone lives peacefully.

Things need improvement

There are no buses available, and the outer painting has not been done yet. Even though the society is 5 years old, it might be a good idea to consider getting the painting done now. The association members are possibly planning to initiate the painting project.
