At present, I don't have any dislikes about this place. However, one drawback is the absence of a swimming pool.

The club and parking area are excellent, and the walking area resembles the ideal depicted in the model. Additionally, the security and lifts are top-notch.

I appreciate several aspects of L&T Emerald Isle: 1. Excellent location near Powai Lake and Hiranandani Gardens. 2. Diverse amenities such as swimming pool, gym, sports courts, children's play area, and library. 3. Reliable 24x7 security system. 4. Convenient housekeeping service. 5. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere within the community.
Things need improvement
Some aspects I find challenging about L&T Emerald Isle are: 1. High prices: The society's expensive nature might deter some potential residents. 2. Waterproofing issues: There have been complaints regarding waterproofing, which could pose a concern for certain individuals. Despite these challenges, I still believe L&T Emerald Isle offers a fantastic option for those seeking luxurious and well-maintained residential living in a prime Mumbai location.

The absence of club and gym facilities, as well as pet restrictions, are notable drawbacks. Additionally, the lack of a swimming pool within the society necessitates seeking alternatives elsewhere for pool-related activities.
