The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Hospitals are nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Security guards are available. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Street dog issues are not faced.
Things need improvement
Metro is not nearby the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

The maintenance of the community is commendable, contributing to a well-kept environment. the construction quality of the buildings is satisfactory.The presence of friendly and cooperative neighbors is something which you cant get easily these days.Additionally, the active presence of Uber and Ola provides convenient transportation options for residents.

Metro is very far as it is under construction,the nearest metro is 16 kms far, sharing autos are not available, traffic congestion is very much, you cannot take your vehicle out during office hour.In amenities, only park is there but the builder has restricted its use for the residents.

Construction quality was fine. personally faced no issues related to seepage or leakage. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available. Power backup was provided, and maintenance was satisfactory, with regular water supply and no water logging on roads. Hygiene was maintained. People living there were friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Noida Sector 5 which was the nearest metro Station was distant. Waterlogging issues existed in the basement area. Inconvenience was caused by both stray dogs and pet dogs. Maintenance management was uncooperative.

I lived there for a short period of time in 2020. At that time, the maintenance of the society was good as the maintenace team was proactive. Functional lifts provided convenience and accessibility within the buildings, while the absence of waterlogging issues was a relief during rainy seasons. The distant location of the metro station was a drawback. Additionally, seepage issues within the buildings posed challenges and discomfort for residents, highlighting the need of improvement in infrastructure maintenance

Here's no security guard or CCTV cameras. The lift is unreliable, and maintenance is nonexistent. Construction quality is poor, leading to severe seepage issues. The swimming pool is unusable, and there's no clubhouse. Overall, amenities are lacking, and there's no sense of community as residents have differing mindsets. The society faces numerous challenges and lacks positive aspects.

Lifts, clubhouses, playgrounds for children were present inside the premises. People were really close to each other. They have a coopereative and friendly mindset. Auto and cabs could be easily found outside the society

All amenities within the society are properly maintained. We have recently moved into the society, so we have yet to meet our neighbors.

However, when it comes to individual house maintenance, resolutions are often delayed, requiring repeated calls for assistance, and the work isn't completed promptly. Despite the metro being 4 km away, its availability provides residents with a convenient transportation option for commuting.All the public transports are easily available.The infrastructure is good as it has all the amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, park, clubhouse and shops for all the basic necessities is also there.

The recurring water problems, causing individuals to get stuck in bathrooms for extended periods, highlight significant infrastructure issue. Furthermore, frequent lift malfunctions pose safety risks and inconvenience to residents. Maintenance standards are subpar and there is lack of effective communication between residents and the maintenance team

Society is well placed and good quality construction is Phase 2 and Phase 3. Maintainence Has Improved Over Time. Society has Good Amount about Green Area and mini park has been setup. Environment is Good to stay and Live. They have the best layouts in the area.

There are auto rickshaws and cabs easily available near the society, which is very convenient for residents. There is a very good market nearby, providing easy access to essential goods and services. There are CCTV cameras installed and functions properly. Lifts functions properly, no major issues regarding it. Building quality is good, The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. People staying in the society are very friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Network issues are not faced. water logging issues never happened around the society.

I used to live there in 2020. The cleanliness was good, the gym was nice. Events used to happen, but they were just normal celebrations and not on a grand scale.

The metro was not nearby, hospitals were 5 km away, maintenance was very poor, and the construction was of low quality as the walls were not strong. There was no park in the society during my stay.

You think of a bad thing about a society and you will find it here at Panchsheel Greens-2. I have recently bought a flat in newly constructed E tower in this society and I'm going through a nightmare. Very poor construction they are simply risking the life of people. If you have musale and money power then only think of moving here because they don't listen to people who follow the rules. This is not a society to live for calm going people. It's a complete banana republic. There are never ending challenges before you buy a flat and after you buy a flat. There are thousand negative points and it's very hard to find some positive points even if you try. In nutshell worst society and worst maintenance. Never ever go for it untill unless you are believer of false showoff.

Here, we have auto-rickshaws and taxis, but we prefer to use our personal vehicles. Online delivery apps make things convenient. Everyone has their own personal parking space. The roads are clean, and we have good water and electricity supply. There are also cultural activities and programs in our society.
Things need improvement
There is no public transport here. Guest parking is unavailable. There are two lifts in the society, one of which is often out of order, and compared to other societies, our lifts are smaller. The society is managed by the builder, and we have to pay maintenance charges to the builder. The construction quality is very poor; as soon as nails are driven in, the cement comes off. The buildings are very congested, with no gap between the two towers. The gym and clubhouse amenities here are not good. Everyone's area is very limited. The builder has constructed it in such a way that there should have been more area. When we booked our flat, only 16 floors were supposed to be built, but now they've made it 25 floors. The area remains the same, but the number of people has increased significantly. I didn't find anything particularly special about it.
