THE FLATS ARE BANG ON DWARKA EXPRESS WAY, OPPOSITE CONVENTION CENTRE, 2 MINS FROM METRO STATION SEC 25 DWARKA, SCHOOLS AND HOSPITALS ARE NEARBY, PARK FOR KIDS, OPEN AREA, GOOD ROADS
Things need improvement
THE ONLY PROBLEM HERE IN THESE FLATS IS THAT THESE ARE AVAILABLE AT DIRT CHEAP PRICES, FREEHOLD FLATS, SALE DEED CAN BE DONE.

Good things here
Construction quality is very good.24/7 power supply available. Nearby auto, ola, uber, rapido, public transport all are available. People in the society is very humble.
Things need improvement
Society has as such no any problem, but It is just the maintenance & the issue resolution process than can be improved.

Connectivity is very easy like nearby bus stop, auto, cabs, public transport are easy to catch.
Things need improvement
Sometimes water supply is little problematic for us because sometimes the fix time of water coming is not come.

Good things here
Allocated parking has been provided for resident and visitors, no water logging issues inside and outside the society. Power back up facilities has been provided. All the amenities are in working condition.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of society can be improved, there are some seepage issues. Extra charges are being taken from the resident for power back up facilities.

Location wise committee is very good, connectivity is very good, people in the society are very nice, friendly and helpful.

Overall the facilities and all the things in this society are very good it is just the maintenance and the issue resolution process can be improved

Connectivity is very fast. Nearby all things are available like supermarket, malls , school and hospital.
Things need improvement
Seepage problem arises on rainy season, water blockage problem arises on building road side., chain snatching are little hectic.

People are very nice. Location of the society is great. Grenery environment. Very good connectivity.

Construction is the big issue like plaster are falling down from the walls. Seepage issue.

There are good facilities and availability, the footpaths and roads are well good and properly lit. So many amenities like gym, shopping complex and swimming pool here.

Great public transportation availability but metro station is 7 km far away from the society.
