The maintenance of utilities in the area or building hasn't been up to par, as the services often take much longer than expected. There are issues with water leakage both inside the building and on the ground. Additionally, there seem to be numerous hidden charges that significantly increase the rent. The drainage system for water isn't constructed or maintained properly, leading to water accumulation even in parking spaces.
