Good things here
Maintenance is good, society is kept clean.Lift is available and functions well. The construction quality was very good when I used to reside there, no issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster issues were encountered in the society. Other facilities such as gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids are available in the society. There are no water supply or electricity issues. No drainage problems or water logging issues are faced.
Things need improvement
A bit issues was faced to get public transport outside the society. It is a big problem for oldage people. There are grocery shops outside but good quality products is not available, it becomes a problem to get vegetables and other grocery items outside the society.

Atmosphere of the society is very peace and the lake is around the society .Greenary is well-maintained .Security system is good in the society
Things need improvement
Autos are not available in the society. Maintainance charges are expensive in the society. Markets are very from the society in between 2 kms that is inconvienet.

The atmosphere in the society is remarkably peaceful and serene, even after my departure three years ago. The neighbors were always friendly and cooperative, fostering a sense of community within the society. Essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were provided, enhancing the residents' quality of life. Maintenance charges were reasonable, ensuring affordability for all residents. Overall, the people in the society were genuinely good-natured and cooperative, contributing to a harmonious living environment.
Things need improvement
Cabs and autos are accessible outside the society, but not within its premises. The construction quality within the society is subpar, evident from numerous seepage issues in the bathrooms. Moreover, the maintenance of the society by the owner is inadequate, as there are reported pipe leakages that need attention.

Public transports like Buses are avilable infront of the society.There is a auto stand infront of the society. People are respective and well-educated in the society.
Things need improvement
Cabs are not available in the society .It will be available in frequent times only. There is no amenities in the society. Construction quality is not good.

Connectivity is good in the society people are very co-operative and polite. Amenities like gym is well-eqipped for good health condition. Nature of the society is very beautiful.

Construction quality is very bad.The dust is cleaning beside of the roads . The cleaning of the society is not good maintained.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are available in the mainroads. Maintainance are good like lift and water facilities are available in the society. People are good co-operative.

Construction quality is very poor tehe walls are getting cracks and the water is dropped from walls.Improve the cleaning of the roads.

Cabs and autos are easily available in the society at Mainaroad. Hospitals are available within 1 km from the society for emergencies. People are very friendly, and the community is very good. The placement of the society is 54 acres, so there is plenty of walking space and a calm area. There is a playground to play cricket. There is no pollution around the society. Amenities like clubhouse, table tennis, badminton court, swimming pool, and gym are well-maintained in the society. There is also a basketball court in the society. There is a Nilgiri Supermarket nearby the society. Roads are very neat and well-maintained in the society. Car parking is also very spacious in the society. The offices are close to the society, within 1-2 kms, making it convenient.
Things need improvement
Pets are allowed, but we have to follow some rules in the society. There are traffic issues during the night that can be irritating in the society.
