The society is exceptionally well-maintained, featuring large playgrounds and abundant parking space. Additionally, the community is very friendly.

It's a bit inconvenient that grocery stores are a little far away, and the road connectivity is also somewhat distant.

Good things here
The construction quality is excellent, and the infrastructure is amazing, with meticulous maintenance. It's one of the best places to stay in Mumbai, despite being a bit away from the city center. The peace and tranquility of the area make it an ideal residential abode.

Good things here
It's undoubtedly one of the best societies in Hiranandani Estate. With numerous schools, hospitals, and banks within a 1-kilometer radius, convenient transportation options like auto-rickshaws, taxis, cabs, and occasional buses are always available. There's ample parking space for both residents and visitors, and the society offers fantastic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and playground. Overall, it's a wonderful society to consider.
Things need improvement
The location is distant from the airport and railway station, with no metro yet, although there's ongoing work 1.5 kilometers away at Patlipada. Air quality can be affected when air flows toward the society due to the Vasai-Thane creek. Security guards can sometimes be irresponsible and reluctant to accept their faults. Additionally, there are no shops or grocery stores inside the society, although they are available within a 10-minute walk. Maintenance charges are perceived as very high.

Good things here
This complex is impeccably constructed and maintains the high-quality standards of Hiranandani projects. Its standout feature is its connectivity to Ghodbunder Road, providing access to Thane Borivali highway and Thane station. Apartments facing East offer a scenic view of Thane Creek, especially delightful in the evenings. Moreover, the area is a commercial hub hosting companies like TCS, Bayer House, and Hiranandani Estate. Additionally, it boasts the prestigious Hiranandani School and the renowned mall, The Walk.
Things need improvement
The roads leading to the society could definitely use some improvement, and nearby construction sites often result in dust accumulation, particularly in the evenings. While this issue is temporary and will likely resolve once construction is completed in a few years, it can be a nuisance in the meantime. Additionally, the maintenance charges for the apartment are perceived as quite high.

This society is located in the beautiful Thane West area, offering a plethora of amenities within the complex, including a shopping center, fast food corner, hospital, school, and bank. Its prime location adds to its appeal as a desirable property.
Things need improvement
There's minimal traffic on the highway leading into Hiranandani Estate, and everything is conveniently within walking distance, including schools, banks, hospitals, and bus stops.
