Super markets,two schools, hospital, malls are here on walking distance. insde the society having one parlourand grocery shop .

Construction issue like seepage,leakage and paint problem in mostly rainy season.

Connectivity is very good in the society. location is very good. maintenance is good.

Good things here
Maintenance is good as the team is very active in addressing issues promptly and power backup available. Cleanliness is also maintained properly. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are available, enhancing the overall living experience. The location is great, with supermarkets being available nearby
Things need improvement
Seepage issues exist on the outer side of the building, although not inside our flats. Water accumulation in the basement during the rainy season caused inconvenience. The metro station is far away, which made commuting less convenient

Good things here
I left the society 2.5 years back.Metro station was proposed, not near by. I did not try for public transport but we used to get them.RWA used to take care of cleanliness. Gaps were filled by RWA. Layout of society was good.
Things need improvement
Seepage was more near the ground. water pressure wqs also more. I also shifted because of seepage. People got everything done again because of seepage.

The society is a bit away from the main road, providing a tranquil and calm environment.

Connectivity in this society is lacking, making it necessary for residents to walk for about 15 minutes to reach the nearest bus stop.

Good things here
Cabs are easily available in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are also not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden area is also available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Good things here
Build quality is superior. Green area is well designed and maintained properly. Electricians and plumbers are readily available. Security checks are done yet not problematic for residents. Events are organized at amphitheater.
Things need improvement
The pricing is at the higher end. Amenities and everything are good but affordability is a little bit of a concern. Grocery shop inside the society can be expanded as it is very limited. Connectivity to metro is also limited.

Good things here
There are many schools in this area. Hospital is 1km away from the residence. I have never travelled by bus; I have my own personal vehicle to travel. Parking area is never the issue, there are open space and basement parking available in the society. Corriorder are wide, garden area is well maintained, There is ample amount of open space. Society is very hygenic. Maintenance related work like plumbing etc are resolved in timely manner. Festivals like diwali, holi, lodhi, Makar Sankranti and other festivals are celebrated. People are pet friendly. Best thing in the society is spacious apartment, good ventilation, markets are very close to the neighborhood.
Things need improvement
I face traffic issue in the peak hours. There is a seepake/leakage issue in the bathroom but that not so heavy. Maintenance of clubhouse, swimming pool, sport facilities like table tennis(table is not proper), squash walls had cracking, tennis coat did not had net and all of this was not well maintained.
