Good things here
Cab services and autos are available easily. Maintenance is fine with CCTVs and elevators installed. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available. People are friendly and cooperative they celebrate all festivals together.

Metro station is not available nearby. There are water logging issues both outside and inside the society.

Good things here
Society ki connectivity badiya hai, auto rickshaw mil jaati hai , society ke bahar ki khade rehte hain. School & market place also near the society. No seepage issue faced. Security & cleaning bht badiya rakhte hain. Bachho ke liye play area hai, clubhouse hai achaa. Saare festivals saath manaye jate hain society me.
Things need improvement
Paani ka issue hai bht zyada, bilkul acha paani nahi hai bilkul khaara paani hai, hamare saare bartan kharab hogye iski wajah se. Maintenace charges zyada hai. Drainage issue there in the society.

Good things here
She said everything is available, connectivity acha hai. Public transport , mall market hain paas me. Lifts , power & water supply all things are satisfactory. Construction quality acha hai , with good spacious balconies. Gym, swimming pool, clubhouse hai society mein.
Things need improvement
She did not told much issues , but she stated roads thode kharab hain society ke bahar, Waterlogging ka issues hota hai during rainy season.

Good things here
She said connectivity accha hai society ka as it is located in on the outskirts. Personal vehcile ho toh kaafi better hai commute karna. Maintenance charges are around 40k per year, worth hai itni services milti hain. Garbage collection & disposal is done on time. RWA bohot active hai society ka, issue resolution process accha hai, aadhi raat mein bhi kuch issue hota hai electricity ya water ka toh woh theek hota hai. Parking is adequate enough, lifts are working fine. Housekeeping staff is also on point. Balconies hain flats mein, ventilation accha hai. All amenities are available here in society like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse. People are friendly & co-operative in society.

She said Personal vehicle na ho toh kaafi mushkil hai because public transport is very expensive. There is no meter system in auto-cabs. Metro bhi door hai society ke. 10 saal baad ab thoda bohot seepage hota hai. Biggest issue is there is no drainage system. Society ke bahar roads are full of gutter water, jiski wajah se waterlogging hota hai, leading to stinking, dengue and ultimately traffic. Iske liye government agencies ko picture mein aana chahiye but they are coming not. Koi local MP ya MLA aana chahiye.

Good things here
Other facilities like gym, club house, parks are available inside the society The construction quality is good, no such seapage, leakage issues are not faced in the society, plaster quality is good. There are no water logging issues during rainy season inside or outside the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transportations are easily available outside the society, metro station is nearby. There are no electrical issues, Power backup is available inside the society CCTV is available. lift is available.

Good things here
Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with regular cleaning. Transportation connectivity is good with markets close by. The Residents were friendly and cooperative.

The construction quality is average with some minor seepage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available.

Good things here
The maintenance in the society was excellent; there was a consistent water supply, and electricity was reliable. The garden area of the society was also pleasant. Everything was available within a 1-kilometer radius. auto cabs were easily accessible. The roads were in good condition and connected to the highway. The amenities were good and readily available. The people in the society were decent, everyone was family-oriented. The society was accommodating to bachelors as well, I myself was a bachelor and had no issues living in the society.
Things need improvement
The metro station was located at a distance of approximately 10 to 15 kilometers from the society.

Good things here
Uber and Olas are available during odd hours such as late at night and even in the early mornings. Lifts are available in the society and is functioning nicely. Open spaces and parks are available. A lot of cultural events and functions are conducted in the society during holidays.The society is properly ventilated and sunlight comes in the balcony area. The resident is quite satisfied with the maintenance of the society. Garbage is collected on time and disposed very efficiently.
Things need improvement
The resident is highly satisfied with the facilities of the society and they are not facing any problem as per now. They mentioned that sometimes water leakage happens but plumbing facilities are available and the issue is resolved quickly.

Good things here
The school and hospital are nearby the society.The maintenance of the society is quite good no seepage issue inside or outside society, lifts are in good condition.All amenities are available and are of good quality. There is also power backup in the society. Parking facilities are good, suitable for visitors as well.
Things need improvement
The roads are in very poor condition, with potholes causing waterlogging during the rainy season. Therefore, road repair work is currently underway.The only issue in the society is waterlogging.

Auto cabs were easily provided outside the society and the maintenance services of the society were very good.
Things need improvement
The road outside the society was broken, so it used to get filled with water during the rainy season, and no metro station nearby the society. the construction quality was poor as there was a slight seepage issue.
