Auto-rickshaws were available nearby. We had access to good quality water 24/7. The residents were very friendly and would often come together to celebrate festivals. The flats were well-ventilated, with ample sunlight. The society was clean, and garbage collection was done daily.
In my flat, there was a leakage and seepage issue. The amenities were available, but only accessible to members; not everyone could use them. Also, there was no metro station nearby.

The apartment is beautiful, well-built, and well-managed. The basic necessities are always available. The residential apartments are in a very handy and secure location. It is well-served by all modes of private and public transportation. The management is in charge of security, facilities, programmes, and so on. The people are warm and welcoming. The parking area is ample and large. The playgrounds and parks are well developed and managed.. The maintenance is good but they charge a hefty amount for that.

It boasts plenty of open area for cycling, walking, and playing sports like football and cricket, as well as a large natural lake in the centre. Annual cricket tournament and lovely Pooja celebration.

As a resident, I find it difficult to speak highly about the area, but I also cannot deny that there are certain advantages to living there. To appreciate all of the benefits and drawbacks of living in South city Residency, one must become accustomed to the Condo lifestyle.

This is on Prince Anwar Shah Road in South Kolkata. South City Mall, Kolkata's largest mall, is located here. This is one of the nicest communities in South Kolkata. This society is also near a very nice school. Rabindra Sarovar and Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro stations are the closest. It is easily accessible by bus and auto rickshaw from there. Lords More, which is around 200 metres away, has a local market.
