Connectivity is excellent in the society, with autos and cabs easily available on the main road within a 5-minute walk from the society. A bus stand is also conveniently located within walking distance from the society. The construction quality in the society is very good, with well-built infrastructure, as it is a relatively new building aged 8 years. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society, at 3 rupees per square foot, depending on the flat measurement. Additionally, power backup is available in the society.
Things need improvement

Good things here
Location of the society is very beautiful. Facilities are like grocery shops and markets are available inside of the society is convienent. Cabs and autos are avaiable inside of the scoiety is convienent for to travel.
Things need improvement
Maintainance charges are very expencive. There are very pollution around the society,because the main road is infron the society.

The water facility in the society is excellent, and there is also power backup available. Garbage collection is carried out daily in the society at each block. Amenities such as a kids' play area, parks, swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society, and ventilation in the flats is also good.
Things need improvement
Some street dogs are entering the society, which is a concern. The railway station is quite far from the society, which is inconvenient. Cleaning should be improved outside the society.

The society offers convenient access to autos and cabs, making transportation hassle-free. Nearby facilities within walking distance add to the convenience. Furthermore, the society boasts reliable water facilities and power backup. The atmosphere within the society is tranquil and pleasant. I moved out of this society five years ago, reminiscing about the peaceful environment it provided.
Things need improvement
The absence of amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym in the society is notable. Additionally, ongoing metro construction contributes to heightened pollution levels in the vicinity. Furthermore, the railway station is located a considerable distance away from the society, approximately four kilometers, posing inconvenience to residents.

Cabs and autos are easily available on the main road. The main road is near to the society, but I use my own vehicle. There is a lot of walking space in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society, around 3000 rupees. Water facility is available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Ventilation in the society is very good, and the air is fresh.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is not good, and there are seepage issues that I have complained about but they haven't been resolved. Additionally, there is some sound pollution due to the proximity of the main road, and the roads themselves are not in good condition for driving.

The building is relatively new, around 6 years old. There is a milk store inside the society. The main road is nearby, making it accessible to facilities like markets, fruit stalls, and malls. Cabs are also available during nights, both outside and inside the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is not good, as there are some cracks and leakages in the washrooms. Amenities like the swimming pool and clubhouse are small in the society. The main road being nearby causes some traffic issues in the society.

I vacated the society 4 years ago. The atmosphere of the society is spacious and calm. The airport is close to the society, only 3 kilometers away. Ventilation in the flat is also good, and there is no pollution in the society. The main road is near the society, making it accessible for everything. Garbage collection is also done daily in each block, and security is very safe and secure in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is not good, with leakages in the bathrooms, which is inconvenient. There is no public transportation near the society, which is inconvenient.

Maintenance charges are expensive, at 4 rupees per square foot depending on the flat. Additionally, there is no power backup provided in the society. Although the builder initially provided an inverter, it was damaged within a year, prompting us to purchase new inverters.
