Good things here
Maintennace is promt, when there is an issue they revert back quickly. However the issues gets resolved in 1-2 days but it does get acknowledged. There is a swimmign pool for the residents of the society. People prefer their personal vehicle even tho the roads are very tidy and smooth, if and when needed auto and cabs are easily available. For security purpose each resident has access to the gate app, and it works properly. The market area is just outside the society which makes teh daily chores easy
Things need improvement
Although the metro is far from the place but the connectivity to the metro is easy. The maintennace office takes 1-2 days to fix the issue which is alot in case of any emergency. Apart from this there is nothing else that can be imporved in the society

Good things here
Construction quality is better compared to nearby societies. All amenities are available within the society. Autos are easily accessible just outside the society.Online delivery facilities like zepto and blinkit are also very prompt in the area.
Things need improvement
Facilities of public transportation is not there.Also,due to development of malls and societies, the probem of traffic congestion has became very frequent .

Good things here
The Maintanance of the society is very good as it is kept very neat and clean,all the necessary amneties are avaliable in the society like swiming pool, gym, club house etc . Schools, hospital .college and market are avaliable at the radius of 1 km.
Things need improvement
Metro station is not close but local transport is avaliable all the time. The construction quality is not good as seepage can be seen at palces

Good things here
The society have club house , gymasiumand jogging track, parking facilities and well maintained roads inside the society are incredible.
Things need improvement
Cabs and auto are available here but bus stand is far away from the society, visitors parking is not available here.

Power backup and water supply is good. peoples are coparative and all the festivals are celebrate togather.

For catching metro and railway you have to go around 10 km far away from the society.

Parking area is small.security issues is the biggest issue like anyone can enter into the society to tell my name but i dont know that ,inside the park no light is there.maintenance is not responsive,swiming pool is dirty.

Nearby malls, markets, auto,cabs are easily avialable. all facilities are there like swiming pool,club house,gym etc.

5-7 km far from society to catch metro and railway.construction quality is average and seepage problem is there.

Convenient access to medical facilities, shopping malls, and public transport.well designed layout, kids play area is great here.

It is very good society to live in, it is safe out for a walk due to well lit streets. and a good environment also
