Tata Amantra is centrally located in Bhiwandi, offering easy access to major routes such as Nashik highway, Kalyan road, and Thane route. Public transport is readily available round the clock, making commuting convenient. The locality is peaceful, with stunning views of Dindigar mountain and the rising sun every day. The complex boasts state-of-the-art amenities including a gym, infinity swimming pool, multi-purpose hall, spacious parking, clubhouse, and games house, enhancing the quality of life for residents.
Things need improvement
As Bhiwandi is undergoing development, some roads leading to Kalyan may be under construction, leading to occasional traffic issues. Additionally, due to its low-lying nature, the area may experience waterlogging during heavy rains.

I don't dislike about this place specifically but the roads in bhiwandi are not so great but it's not the fault of building

Good things here
Tata Amantra is a spacious society with numerous amenities, including parks and courts. The security measures in place are excellent.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, the parking area may get flooded, making it challenging to find a space for cars. Additionally, there may be issues with water supply, as it is sometimes provided for a limited duration.

Society is well-maintained and offers excellent amenities such as a beautiful garden and swimming facilities.

Good things here
Overall experience has been good. The crowd here is quite humble and polite so neighborhood and neighbors are great. It comes near Kalyan Bhiwandi crossing so I can easily rent it out and manage things remotely. Best part is, location is good for people working in Bhiwandi, therefore I get good tenants that can pay good rent periodically. My parents used to live there before I had to shift them, and they had a great time as well, although they stayed there for just over a year. I also have a covered parking for my car, or the tenant I suppose.
Things need improvement
Getting an auto or cab on the spot can be challenging, but you can easily book one online. During monsoons, the parking area can get flooded. Maintenance is done well, but it's not done frequently, so we often have to remind them despite paying high maintenance charges. There's talk of a nearby metro station, but its arrival date remains uncertain.

This place is my all-time favorite. It offers all the necessary facilities conveniently located nearby. Additionally, there is ample parking space within the society itself, making it very convenient for residents.
Things need improvement
I haven't heard anything negative about this location either. Personally, I highly recommend buying a home in this beautiful place.

As a resident of amantra it feels like we are living at great place where management's and its facilities are well and good all the other tenant and members are good and literrate nApart from facilities it has great view and surroundings As per behaviour point of view every members are good and supporting Parking areas area are clean nManagement is also great and they solve all minor and major issues within a short period of timenIts very proud to be a member of tata family,

Living in a society under construction can indeed be challenging due to the dirt and dust that can infiltrate the rooms. Additionally, the maintenance charges being higher than expected can be a burden. The chaos created by local people and the noise pollution from the nearby highway, especially during heavy traffic, can also disrupt daily life. Furthermore, the ground floor parking area flooding during the rainy season due to its low elevation is a significant inconvenience. Lastly, the issue of wall leakage in some towers during rainy periods further compounds the challenges residents face.

The society boasts strict security measures, including well-equipped CCTV cameras at the entrance and in the lifts. Daily necessities like general stores, dairy, and clothing stores are conveniently located within the building. Being near the highway ensures easy access to public transportation. Amantra offers a playground for children and ample space for walking and jogging, promoting health and wellness. Additionally, there is a well-equipped gym with various equipment. The residents are known for their politeness and friendliness.

Living near the highway can be noisy and disruptive due to the constant sound of vehicles passing by. The maintenance fees and parking costs are also high, making it challenging for middle-income families to afford living in this area. Additionally, the overall cost of purchasing a flat is expensive. The ongoing construction nearby adds to the noise pollution, further impacting the quality of life. Moreover, the proximity to the highway results in increased air pollution from vehicle emissions, contributing to environmental concerns.

Things need improvement
Maintenance costs keep going up, but we're not seeing better services for the extra money. When it rains, the place floods, causing power cuts and making it hard for people on higher floors to get around. Plus, the complex isn't furnished, and property resale values aren't going up. It's not very safe outside at night, especially for women and kids, and it's far from the airport.
