Sector 54 in Gurgaon is known for its cleanliness and safety, making it a desirable place to live. There are schools, markets, and it's close to Golf Course Road and a metro station, adding to its convenience and appeal.
Staying here and paying such a high fee for maintenance feels unreasonable. The maintenance costs are excessively high, making it difficult to justify staying in the complex.

Suncity is indeed a great location with a beautifully planned township. It's known for being safe and having a friendly atmosphere. Plus, it's conveniently located near hospitals and markets, making it even more appealing.
Staying here and paying such high fees becomes frustrating, especially when the rainy season brings about numerous problems for us.

In Sector 54 Suncity, there are lots of parks, keeping the air clean, and you can enjoy the beautiful Aravalli hills in the background. It's a safe place with friendly people. There's a market right in Suncity, and the Sector 54 Chowk metro station is nearby, making it easy to get around. Plus, with the market close by, everything you need is within reach.
The main exit of Suncity is about 1.5km away from the residential area, which might be a bit of a distance. Additionally, the road maintenance in the area is not up to par, meaning the roads may not be in the best condition.

The connectivity is good the public transport are easily available outside the society, the material used for construction is top notch in the society

In Sector 54 Sun city, there are lots of parks that make the air clean, and you can see the Travails in the background. It's a really safe place, and the people are friendly. There's a cool market called Sun city Market, and the Sector 54 Chow metro station is nearby. Plus, the market is pretty close.
The main exit of Sun city is approximately 1.5 km away from the residential area. However, the maintenance of the roads is not up to the mark.

There's no problem with waterlogging inside or outside the society. Public transport is easy to get. The society has amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, and they work well. People are friendly to each other, and we celebrate festivals together.
The construction quality isn't very good. There's a problem with seepage in the society or individual houses. Currently, one wall of my house is affected by seepage. Nothing comes to my mind when i talk about improvement/betterment.

The security is excellent! The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) has recently been actively working on maintaining the entire society. While there are many facilities available such as gyms, swimming pools, games, salons, etc., it's important to note that these are privately owned and come with separate charges; they are not part of the Sun city Township amenities.
The society might not be checking the quality of buildings, so builders could sell houses of lower quality. This can make residents unhappy, and some might choose to leave. It's important to closely watch construction and only allow builders with good backgrounds. Issues like leaks and managing rainwater still need to be fixed.

The society is good and has ample space. It's set against the backdrop of the Gravelly hills, with convenient access to the metro station and restaurants. The Golf Course road is also very well-maintained.
The maintenance of society roads is not as good as HUD's. Potholes sometimes take a while to be resolved.

That building is perfect, and there is full security. By the way, my mom's brother lives there, and I've noticed that the security personnel provide excellent services. They don't drink or smoke, and they have regular health checkups to ensure they are fit. In my opinion, you should consider buying a flat there, etc.
There's an issue with traffic noise, especially horns. Additionally, you'll have a view of the Western Express Highway.

The society, in terms of available rooms, can be pricey, with 1RK (one room and kitchen) units costing between 11K-15K, which I find to be a drawback. However, it's a suitable place for bachelors looking to live with their families.
The society offers spacious playgrounds and ample parking facilities. A nearby market, like Naval, provides access to daily necessities. The advanced gym facilities are beneficial for maintaining health. The society boasts a reliable power supply, with power cuts being a rare occurrence.
