Good things here
This society is kept clean and very well maintained, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. There are no such water logging issues faced in the society. public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society, the connectivity is good around the society. There are local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available nearby the society. The facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids all are available in the society. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available nearby the society. The plumbers and electritians were not available on time when needed for any repair, this was one issue in the society. It's very rare that we have faced water supply issues but that was only onnce or twice that happened.

Good things here
The society is close to the metro, and you can easily find auto-rickshaws. There's no problem with water logging, seepage, or leaks. The water quality is good, and there are no electricity problems; we also have a backup. The construction is good, probably because they used good materials. We have a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, lifts, and CCTV. The people are friendly and nice. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.
Things need improvement
No issues are there in the society, everything here is nice.

Good things here
As per location and connectivity society gets full marks. though, bus stop and local transport are near by the society but there is no noise pollution inside the society because of that. there is no water logging issue on the roads. bachelors friendly society. power backup is available for common areas and flats also
Things need improvement
There is no visitors parking in the society. residents face seepage issues inside their flats.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. This society is very well maintained, and the maintainance are done on time. constructuion quality is good in the society. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society.

There are no disliking about this society.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws are readily available near the society. Roads outside are good, connected to the highway. Society is clean, with 24*7 water supply. No leakage or seepage issues in my flat; recently painted. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. People are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated. Parking space is sufficient.
Things need improvement
Society's highway connection leads to occasional traffic congestion nearby.

Good things here
The society is clean. Water is available 24*7. People are good, and they celebrate all festivals together. Lifts are well-maintained. There's enough parking space. Security is efficient. I don't have any issues with leakage or seepage in my flat.
Things need improvement
Autos are unavailable near the society, and even Ola/Uber often cancel as they can't locate the gate. Modern amenities are there but inconsistently accessible; sometimes closed. Garbage isn't collected daily

The prices of the flats appear to be reasonable given the amenities available. The local market, mall, businesses, schools, universities, and hospitals are all easily accessible.

This project is at a very silent and calm place where you would enjoy living with your family happily. Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery.
