Good things here
The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good, auto, cabs are easily available around the society. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. Hospitals are also nearby the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Power backup is available in the society. The quality of the construction materials are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. Parking space is available and quite spacious. Visitor's parking space is also available.
Things need improvement
Maintainance services are a bit high, but maintainance is done on time. Apart from this there are no such issues faced in the society for any improvements.

Good things here
Locality was great like auto,cabs were easily available around the apartment.no traffic and water loggoing issues around the society.build quality was great and no leakage.seepage issues in the society.All the modern ameities were present in the society and good celebration of the festivals in the society.Spacious parking for owners and visitors.High security system and cleaniness was top notch in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities were not there in the society.society's managing commitee was not attentive towards the residents issues.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden, conference hall is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. pet friendly society. Spacious balcony is available. Spacious rooms are available.
Things need improvement
Power backup in the society is limited to common areas. Residents may experience inconvenience during power outages in individual residences. Considering the expansion of power backup to cover all areas could significantly improve the overall living experience for people residing here.

Good things here
Society was really good to live in and people over there were also good and coperative.Local transport facilities were easy to approach near by the society.Local market and grocerry shops were near by the society.All the amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area was available in the society.High security system as all the areas were under cctv survilance.
Things need improvement
Quality of the constrution is just average as minor issues regarding seepage leakage was there and owners has to fix it on their own.Metro is not there in that area till now.

Good things here
Locality of the apartment was top notch,Auto,cabs were easily available in the society.Build qualoty is great,no leakage and seepage issues in the apartments.High security system has been adopted in the society.All the modern amenities are present in the society even though allocated parking space for owners and visitors.Crowd of the people is good ,helpful and kind.
Things need improvement
Society should improve its maintenance system which is not up to the mark according to the cost.LIft of the society should be servicable time to time.

Good things here
Schools and hospitals were available nearby. The roads were quite wide, The neighborhood was excellent, which was the best part of the society.

The roads were quite wide, but there was constant construction around the society, leading to a lot of dust and dirt accumulation. The maintenance was very poor, which was the major issue with the society. They didn't provide any maintenance services, so we had to manage everything ourselves, whether it was plumbing or electrical work. The ground and garden were also not well maintained. The wooden flooring caused problems in the summer. However, the construction quality was decent. There was a gym, but it wasn't maintained properly, and the swimming pool was often dirty, so no one used it.

No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Drainage system is good. Maintainance charges are affordable. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking is available. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Spacious society. Emergency exits are available. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden, conference hall is available. Bachelors and pets are allowed in the society. Safe for kids and women at night. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.

The society currently lacks a spa facility. However, it is noteworthy that painting is pending but is being attended to. Addressing the spa absence and timely completion of painting would enhance the overall lifestyle and aesthetics of the community

Good things here
The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. The maintenance is good with no water supply or logging issues. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. The people are friendly and cooperative. CCTVs and Elevators are installed.
Things need improvement
There are a few seepage and leakage issues inside the building walls, making the construction quality good.
