Good things here
The township offers a great view, creating a pleasant atmosphere for residents. There's a walking track where you can enjoy strolls, and a fitness center to help you stay active and healthy.
Things need improvement
The main issue is that the distance from the main exit gate isn't walkable. However, having access to vehicles mitigates this problem.

Good things here
The society is really nice and has plenty of space. It's set against the backdrop of the Aravalli hills, which adds to its beauty. Plus, it's conveniently connected to the metro station and restaurants. The area is spacious, and the nearby Golf Course Road is excellent too.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of society roads isn't as good as HUDA's maintenance. Sometimes, it takes longer to fix potholes and other issues on these roads.

Good things here
The property is in a great location with reliable electricity and water supply. The roads in the area are wide, and the paint job in the society is excellent. Additionally, there's a metro station just around 5 kilometers away, which adds to the convenience of transportation.
Things need improvement
There aren't many playgrounds and green spaces in the area, which can be a downside for families. Hospitals are also quite far away, which could be inconvenient in case of emergencies. Additionally, the sewage system needs some attention and improvements to function better.

Suncity Township is a prestigious area with excellent connectivity to other parts of the city. It's well-served by metro, buses, and other public transport options. You'll find schools, banks, ATMs, and hospitals conveniently located nearby. Additionally, some multinational companies are within walking distance from Suncity. The parks are beautifully maintained, and there's plenty of greenery surrounding the township, adding to its charm.
Things need improvement
There's a bit of crowding nearby, and the roads within the township need some repairs. Occasionally, there are electricity outages, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the swimming pool requires some renovation to improve its condition.

Good things here
This is the best place! All good families reside in the society. It's located in the heart of Gurgaon near Golf Course Road with easy access to Rapid Metro connectivity.
Things need improvement
No reason to dislike the society because it has everything a family needs to live comfortably.

The society offers spacious playgrounds and ample parking facilities, which are major advantages. Additionally, there's a market nearby where you can access daily necessities, such as Safal for vegetables. The advanced gym facility is another plus, helping residents maintain their health conveniently. Moreover, the society enjoys a reliable power supply, with power cuts being rare occurrences.

One negative aspect is that it can be a bit expensive. The society is pricey, especially considering the cost of rooms. For example, a 1RK costs between 11K to 15K, which might be considered high. However, it's still a good place for bachelors who want to live with their families.

It's conveniently located near Sector 54 Rapid Metro Station, making it a great spot for evening outings with family and friends. There are several nearby grocery shops, including More Supermarket, which is very convenient. Overall, the area and its surroundings are amazing.
Things need improvement
streetlights in the colony have not been working for the past 6 months, despite filing complaints. Secondly, the parking space is not sufficient for everyone, and it's quite tight, which can be inconvenient.

Good things here
The security personnel provide good services. They do not drink or smoke, and they undergo regular health checkups to ensure they are fit for duty. In my opinion, you should consider buying a flat there, etc.
Things need improvement
There's an issue with traffic noise, especially from horns. Additionally, the Western Express Highway is visible from the location.

The living spaces have open areas and a large pool with fountain displays that illuminate at night. The apartments are not very tall and feature spacious balconies.

Getting to the main highway is a bit challenging at the moment, as there is still some ongoing work in progress.
