This apartment offers nearly all amenities, such as a swimming pool, gym, and even an in-building grocery store. Plus, there's a table tennis court and a spacious playground. Ample parking is available, and during power outages, generators keep things running smoothly. With 24-hour water availability, it's definitely a top-notch choice.
My friend mentioned that the management of this community is terrible. They charge fees for moving in and out, which seems unfair, and they don't offer much assistance with anything.

Despite being approximately 20 km away from Electronic City, this well-kept community provides all essential amenities on-site. The management regularly hosts events, and the surroundings boast lush greenery.
The neighborhood isn't well-linked to the city, so owning a vehicle is necessary if you live here. Taxi services are also scarce.

This community offers peace away from the busy world, with ample parking facilities. There are shops within the complex, a playground, and a separate area for kids to play. Gym facilities and generator backup during power cuts are available. The 24-hour water supply makes it the best choice for me. I feel like I've made a great investment
I believe the management of this community is terrible. They impose shift-in and shift-out charges as well as other unnecessary fees without providing any assistance. It feels like they're only interested in making money

I moved out of this society around 2 years ago. At that time, the society was managed by MY Gate, which provided and fulfilled all major services for the residents, which was great. The maintenance of the society was commendable, with good water supply, reliable electricity backup, and excellent lift maintenance services. The surroundings were also kept clean, and regular cleaning was conducted. The mobile approval system for guests was efficient, and the amenities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent.
I moved out of that society around 2 years ago. At the time, there were several issues plaguing the community. Firstly, there were inadequate transportation facilities, with only cabs available, making it inconvenient for residents to commute. Additionally, the society imposed extra maintenance charges when residents moved out, and failure to pay these charges resulted in restrictions on using packers and movers. Furthermore, the amenities such as the play area and gym were available, but they were small and could only accommodate a limited number of people at a time, which was not ideal for a community of that size. Lastly, the CCTV cameras were not functioning properly, compromising the security of the residents.

Sob ha Daffodil is considered one of the best apartments in HSR Layout. The greenery and parks are kept in good condition. What makes it even more convenient is that there's a supermarket right within the apartment. You don't have to leave the apartment to go to the supermarket.
A downside with Sob ha Constructors is the poor condition of public roads. They have blocked a road that was previously used by the public.

I moved out of this society one year ago. At that time, the standard features of this society included ample greenery and open spaces. It is located on the outskirts of the city, but the connectivity is good, with buses available nearby until midnight. There are also numerous schools in the surrounding area. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with no major issues or complaints. Cleanliness is well-maintained, with regular garbage collection. The construction quality is remarkable, with no reported issues. Additionally, there are amenities such as a play area, swimming pool, and gym available.
Moved out of this society a year ago. At that time, the only dislike about this society was its location on the outskirts of the city, which resulted in high travel times to go anywhere in the city.

The location is great, with minimal traffic, and all essential amenities are nearby. The construction quality is also good.
Parking is still a problem, but I believe it can be resolved in the future. Apart from that, I think this is a very decent place to live.

It is a gated society in sec 103 Gurgaon named Gran diva developed by Signature Global, it has very good greenery, playground, badminton court and market, 50 family got shifted, and the population is getting increased day by day society is good however market and transportation is currently a challenge which is expected to be sorted out by a year or two. There are proper guards and CCTV camera installed. Parking will be an issue in coming year as society has space for 200 cars to park. Last but not the least, it is located near to village Allahabad, so there is no direct transportation available, we need to book cabs to go out of the society, nearly dark expressway is about to complete and other development. Also to done shortly. Overall society is good to live with few challenges.,
There are some issues like not having enough transportation and nearby stores for daily needs. The roads are still under construction, and there's a problem with rainwater collecting outside our area. On top of that, the maintenance charges are quite high. But the good news is, these problems are expected to be temporary.

The atmosphere is fantastic, surrounded by greenery. The club facilities are well-maintained, and the best part is its proximity to EGL Tech Park.
The road close to the society is poorly maintained, especially the last 200-300 meters, which makes for a very bumpy ride.
