Good things here

It's a well-managed residential area with great connectivity. There's a local market nearby, and the houses are beautifully designed. The neighborhood is friendly, and schools are conveniently located nearby. The overall maintenance is commendable.

Things need improvement

The roads are currently under construction, and that's the only aspect I believe could be enhanced. The main issue right now is the presence of bumpy roads.

Good things here

That sounds great! It's a gated society with guards and CCTV cameras for security. The power backup system adds reliability, and having markets and malls nearby makes shopping convenient. Plus, the friendly neighbors contribute to a positive community atmosphere.

Things need improvement

The place often smells bad due to sewage and garbage issues. There's not much parking for visitors in the neighborhood, and the metro station is pretty far.

Good things here

The society has a full power backup facility. It's conveniently located near Son Road with good connectivity to the city. There's a small playground within the society, and there are shops nearby.

Things need improvement

The roads in the last blocks, A and F, are in very poor condition within the society. Moreover, the parks in these blocks are also in bad state.

Good things here

The society is peaceful, and the parking area is well-organized with a carefully planned layout. Additionally, it is well-maintained.

Things need improvement

This society lacks nearby shops, and unfortunately, there is no metro connectivity.

Good things here

This is a secure gated society with CCTV and security guards at every entrance and parking area. It has 3-4 children's parks, creating a very environmentally friendly atmosphere. The management is effective, and the best part is its central location, making it close to the metro station, offices, malls, and the railway station. Each flat is well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary facilities.

Things need improvement

There are still some roads within the society that need construction, causing trouble especially during the monsoon season. The visitors' parking space is limited, and at times, outsiders are not allowed to enter without proper authorization.

Good things here

Society is very peaceful usually outsiders are not allowed to enter without verifying their identity. There is CCTV installed at different corners of society. The guards are also very good they are never off duty and are awake at any time during the night, so security is very good in this society. Society is also pollution-free and power backup is also very good so no need to worry about light.,

Things need improvement

The playground in the society is quite tiny, and unfortunately, there are no clubs to be a part of despite the high rent. At night, street dogs tend to bark, causing disturbances for many residents. The walls in the society aren't of great quality, leading to complaints from residents. Also, there aren't any festive celebrations in the society, so it tends to be pretty quiet even during festive seasons.

Good things here

Abundant greenery, peaceful walks in the garden, a friendly neighborhood, ample parking space, and excellent security with active guards, it creates an ideal environment. Additionally, being suitable for kids, conveniently located in the city with nearby supermarkets, accessible public transport, and schools in proximity, it seems like a well-rounded and pleasant place to live.

Good things here

The well-maintained environment and the friendly community contribute to a positive living experience. The spacious, well-lit apartments, along with being Vast compliant, offer a fantastic view, enhancing the overall appeal of the property.

Things need improvement

The location experiences heavy traffic, and accessing public transport is not easy.

Good things here

This apartment complex in Ghatkopar stands out as one of the best, offering a range of facilities within the complex itself. The community is characterized by friendly and pleasant people. The apartments are not only spacious and well-lit but also Vast compliant, providing a fantastic view.

Things need improvement

Shopping poses a challenge as the closest place with good quality items is 4 kilometers away. A nearby shopping mall, while convenient, brings its own issues. Before COVID, traffic was troublesome, with auto drivers and car owners causing congestion trying to enter or exit the mall. Essentials are accessible nearby, but they tend to come at a higher cost.

Good things here

The society is generally well-kept, but it could benefit from having an ATM. The road in C Block needs repairs as it's not well-maintained. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere in the society is good and comfortable, with enough greenery. The guards are friendly, and the neighborhood is pleasant,

Things need improvement

The roads in C Block are in poor condition, with bumpy speed breakers that can be problematic for sedans. The dogs in the area are not well-behaved, often barking excessively and even biting society workers. Additionally, there is no ATM in the society, which means having to travel a long distance to withdraw cash. Having an ATM within the society would be a convenient improvement.
