Good things here
Metro station is very close to the society and public transportation is easy to find and travel. Gym is in the basement. Kids play in the society itself, Cluhouse is available.
Things need improvement
There is a seepage problem on the ground and first floors. The only improvement I want is to install solar panels.

Good things here
Market areas are easily available near the society premises. Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with CCTVs and Elevators being installed. Cleanliness is maintained properly. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and swimming pool are available in the premises. Residents are very decent in nature.
Things need improvement
Use personal transportation for travelling purposes.

Good things here
Bus,auto,cabs ,metro every connectivity was available near by the society.High security system has been provided no stranger can enter the society and all the areas are under cctv survilance.24 hours water and electricity supply was available.All the festivals were celebrated in the society people over there were really coperative.
Things need improvement
Build quality was poor and pathatic there was major leakage and seepage issues even pop was poping out from the walls.visitors parking was not available in the society.maintenance was so poor none of the ameniities were good as swimming pool was way too small,no eqquiptment in gym and club house was not there one central park was available.charges for power back up was too like 12rs per unit.

Good things here
Connectivity sahi hai. Metro hai paas mai, market bhi paas mai hai, autos, cabs aur ricshaws bhi mil jaate hain asaani se. Maintenance sahi hai society ki. Lifts, cctv cameras sab installed hai society mai. Agar koi issue hota hai toh timely reolve kar dete hian maintenance wale. Water logging, seepage, leekage is not an issue in this society. Amenities like Gym, pool, clubhouse are there in the society and they are well maintained. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Festivals are celebrated in the society. I really like the gym of our society. Sab kuch bohot achcha hai society mai.

I haven't faced any issues in the society and don't have any dialikes.

Power backup is avialable.amentis are there like club house,gym,swiming pool,play ground.

Whole wall seepage issue. paint are getting fade in just few days. overall construction is very bad.

The public transport is easily avaliable around the society school, hospital and market are at the radius of 5 km

Build qualty could have been better as the walls are getting sandy and seepage can be seen at places this society is good for family but not bachelor friendly

He said I have left the mentioned society , pehle rehta tha wahan. Connectivity accha tha, auto, Ola,Uber mil jaata tha. Maintenace acha tha society ka. Safety features the sab waha, security guards the. No seepage issues were there. Gym is there in the society. Working lifts are also there in the society.

Metro door tha society se, uske liye Vaishali jaana padhta tha jo ki kaafi door hai society se. Udhar Indirapuram se Vaishali ki taraf jaane wali roads kharab thi. Swimming pool bohot chota sa tha wahan. Clubhouse nahi tha society mein. Mai busy rehta tha isliye logo se itna interaction nahi hua.

Good things here
The transportation connections are good, and the roads near the society are wide. We have backup power supply. There isn't a lot of seepage inside the building walls. We have a gym and clubhouse, and the people in the society are cooperative.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the society is not good.society looks very old.the owner of that particular flat is not paying the maintenance charges on time.there is a less space in the society.the garden area and play ground is not much spacious.the material used for the construction is not good .there is no swimming pool.there were only few cameras in the society and they are not working.overthere the bachelors were not able to get their access to gym they put a complaint nearby to the family of the society.the play area is not done and already occupied.

Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of public transport options. Malls and Markets were available nearby. Construction quality was also good with no seepage and leakage issues or Plaster related issues. Paintings were done timely. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. There was a play area for kids. Maintenance quality was good with no water and electricity supply or logging issues. The residents were decent, and celebrated all festivals and events together. There were no mobile network issues. The parking lot was provided. Security system was also satisfactory.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool was not functional. The clubhouse was not very active. The kids play area was also very average with no sufficient rides to play.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is good, with autos and other public transport readily available. Maintenance is perfect, with no waterlogging or water supply issues. The construction quality is satisfactory, and recent repair work has further improved it. Amenities such as a gym and swimming pool are available, and the residents are cooperative and civilized.

There is only limited space for kids to play. its not spacious.
