Good things here
The society is situated in a pleasant location near the highway, and the residents are amicable and personable. There is a charming garden nearby, easily accessible and visually appealing from the home.
Things need improvement
The building lacks a convenience store for regular purchases, although one is available nearby. The swimming pool in the vicinity is situated far from the building and not conveniently located within it. Furthermore, there is no power backup facility provided.

There's ample parking space available and designated areas for children to play, ensuring convenience and safety for residents.
Things need improvement
The only downside is occasional traffic congestion on the nearby road due to the presence of a study institute in the vicinity.

Good things here
The area is clean and well-equipped with all necessary facilities, while the society itself is impeccably maintained. The residents are also very helpful and cooperative, creating a supportive community environment.
Things need improvement
There are no negatives to mention about the area as it's quite positive overall. Transportation connectivity is good, although there's a lack of a gym facility within our building.

Sarova is an expansive project that offers a splendid living experience. The lifestyle within the community is luxurious, boasting amenities such as a banquet hall, swimming pool, gym, ample car parking, garden areas, and in-house shops. Residents find plenty to keep them entertained, even if living alone. One standout feature is the society's pet-friendly policy, which is highly appreciated by pet owners. The array of amenities and facilities provided by Sarova is truly remarkable and has the potential to attract any potential flat buyers. Additionally, Sarova did not levy maintenance charges for the first two years after its construction. The presence of medical shops, stationary stores, and general stores within the premises eliminates the need to venture outside for basic necessities. Furthermore, the reception area and stairs within the premises are spacious and well-designed, adding to the overall appeal of Sarova.
Things need improvement
While Sarova offers an array of amenities, the high maintenance charges associated with them can sometimes feel burdensome, especially if flat buyers are unable to fully utilize these facilities. The swimming pool, for example, often has limited water, diminishing its appeal. Additionally, Sarova's distance from Kandivli station can pose challenges for residents who rely on public transportation, leading to additional daily travel expenses. Despite the focus on amenities, some residents feel that the rooms are not as spacious as expected, highlighting a preference for larger living spaces over extensive facilities. Ultimately, while amenities may attract buyers initially, the importance of spacious and comfortable living quarters cannot be overstated, as they form the true essence of a home.

SNN Raj Entering stands out as one of the best apartments in the HSR Layout area. It feels like a gated community with all the essential amenities for daily living.
Things need improvement
There aren't many negative aspects to mention this apartment, to be honest. The only area where SNN Raj Entering could possibly improve is the gym and its facilities. Other than that, everything seems satisfactory.

It's conveniently located near a shopping mall and schools. Additionally, the presence of CCTV cameras adds a layer of security, allowing residents to monitor any inconveniences effectively.

Disappointed because the rates in this locality are high. Additionally, the markets are a bit far, which is another source of disappointment for me.

The society is pleasant and well-located near the highway. The members are described as personally nice people, contributing to a positive community atmosphere. The proximity to a nearby garden adds to the appeal, making it easily accessible and visually pleasing from home.

There's no shop inside the building for everyday stuff, but there's one close by. The swimming pool is quite far and not in the building. Also, there's no power backup, so it might be inconvenient during power cuts.

There is good security in the area. Additionally, the convenience of having a metro station, pubs, malls, and the airport all within a 30-minute range adds to the appeal of the location.
Things need improvement
Water leakage from ceilings in an apartment constructed 3-4 years ago. Rusting of the door border. A filed complaint that hasn't been resolved for 3-4 months. Only one gym available for around 1000 families. Difficulty accessing sports grounds/courts due to constant occupation. Overhyped rent.
