Good things here

Vihang Valley is highly regarded due to its excellent maintenance and effective communication with security personnel. Residents have no complaints about water supply as it's available 24/7. The playgrounds are kept clean, and each room comes with its own parking space, keeping owners satisfied. The club facilities are well-maintained, and residents have easy access to various amenities such as food, gyms, schools, and hotels nearby. Children particularly enjoy the well-kept playgrounds for playing, and residents appreciate the pleasant environment for walking and jogging.

Things need improvement

In the society, there is no gym available, and festival celebrations are not properly organized. Rules are not enforced effectively, and the condition of elevators is not satisfactory. There are frequent power outages, causing inconvenience to residents. Moreover, the playground is often occupied by parked cars, preventing residents from playing football and cricket. Despite complaints, no action has been taken to address this issue. Additionally, there are no shopping malls nearby, and excessive dust accumulates near the building premises.

The society boasts extensive security measures, including CCTV cameras installed throughout and round-the-clock supervision by watchmen in each wing. Residents benefit from glass safety doors with fingerprint authentication. The lush green surroundings include nearby gardens, perfect for leisurely walks anytime. Conveniently, there are grocery and general shops nearby. Solar panels ensure uninterrupted hot water supply, even without a geyser, contributing to the serene atmosphere of the area.

The construction quality of the society is average, with occasional seepage issues. Unfortunately, there is no visitor parking available inside the society; visitors have to park outside. Additionally, the society is located quite far from the main road, and there are occasional network issues in the area.

Good things here

Transportation connectivity near the society is very good with easy availability of all public transport options. Maintenance quality is fine. Proper renovations are going on in the premises. Construction quality is also fine. There is a play area. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. The neighborhood is very friendly.

After analysing all the conditions in the society management not many dislikes could be identified except that the amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are not available.

The complex comprises 10 wings and is gated, ensuring that outsiders cannot enter without a gate pass. CCTV cameras cover the entire complex, including lifts, for added security. Residents have access to gardens and play areas, and the society celebrates most festivals. Each flat enjoys proper natural light and ventilation.

Due to ongoing Metro work, Ghodbunder Road is currently experiencing traffic jams. However, it's expected that once the Metro work is completed, this issue will be resolved.

The society enjoys a central location, conveniently connecting both the western and eastern express highways. It's close to major amenities such as a large shopping mall, Vedant Hospital, and schools. Additionally, it's near Ghodbunder Road, offering plenty of greenery and fresh air, making it an attractive place to live

Vi hang Valley is excellent due to its good maintenance and effective communication with security. There are no complaints about water supply as it runs 24 hours without any issues. The playgrounds are kept clean, and each room comes with parking. Owners are content with their spaces in Vi hang Valley. The club facilities are well-maintained, and nearby, there are convenient facilities like food, gyms, schools, and hotels. Children are happy with well-kept playgrounds for playing, walking, and jogging.

Things need improvement

In the society, there is no gym, and festivals are not celebrated properly. There are issues with the lack of proper rules, and the condition of the elevators is not good. Power outages occur frequently. Additionally, playing football in the playground is restricted as people park their cars nearby, leading to complaints from owners. Requests for net installations for football and cricket have been made, but no action has been taken. There are no nearby shopping malls, and the area around the building has excessive dust.
