Good things here
It's a gated community where access for outsiders is restricted for safety reasons. They also conduct temperature checks and ensure everyone sanitizes as a precaution against COVID-19. Overall, I find it to be a well-maintained society.

Finding visitor parking can be a significant issue here.

Good things here
The apartments are large, airy, and well-lit with good ventilation. They come with round-the-clock backup power and have no water shortage issues. I'm impressed by the amenities such as a multipurpose hall for social events, a fully-equipped gym with a trainer, and a swimming pool supervised by a lifeguard. Plus, they recycle water to keep the gardens green. Overall, Greens is an excellent place to live!
Things need improvement
The apartment design and space are great. However, I've experienced extremely poor customer service from Prestige after booking. Their lack of organization in handling registrations has left me feeling disappointed about my purchase. There's definitely room for improvement in their customer service process.

Living in this spacious community with wide roads, open landscapes, and a clubhouse is a fantastic advantage. Its proximity to key places like the Forum Value Shopping Mall, Columbia Asia Hospital, and international schools around Whitefield makes it an ideal location. It's a cool place to live and invest, especially if you're looking for a vibrant and happy lifestyle.

The quality of construction is not up to par, as there are several issues such as chipped and cracked walls, as well as seepage damage. It's important for the management to prioritize maintenance and address these concerns promptly.

Good things here
This community offers excellent facilities in an eco-friendly environment, with all amenities available. They even accept deliveries from services like Ekart and Myntra. The lush green surroundings make it a preferred choice for me to live in.

The sidewalk along the roadside can be a bit congested, and sometimes buses may run late due to limited transportation options.

A poor drainage system near the society leads to waterlogging and sanitation issues. Illegal activities, such as burning waste materials, are occurring near the society, contributing to pollution within the community.

Prestige ozone is a beautiful with good surroundings and they have a respect for nature.very peace full place to live there , beautiful garden makes look like a asthetic. Maintenance amount is around 9k per month depending upon the sqft . Water is very clean with no odour over there. they have flitering machines which give pure water. And they test it too and produce the results in interal file system. Swimming pool and other ammunites are charged per year. It's proximity to the key places like forum value shopping mall, Colombia asia hospital, major international schools are also nearby over there, and other hangout places to live over there , itss pet friendly places in which you can keep your pets and enjoy your life our there, it's also very lush green society and no traffic jam nearby ,if you want a very good environment and life you Chan choose this place as its pleasing and asthetic to live . It has a good construction quality and we'll maintained swimming pool . Vivid 19 (corona) precautions are taken over there. I sujest everyone to spend some days over there,

As we keenly loot into the negative aspects of the area we come across some cons or negative also, as negative is not much over there but some of which I will mention here , the first negative thing come to our mind is Bangalore is a metropolitan city densly populated over there and more traffic problems can be seen over there , aslo expensive and cost of living is little higher in these areas as its a metropolitan city, prestige ozone is a clean but little noise pollution over there . Need to be adjusted with the Banglore environment.cost of living is higher-end. Prestige ozone is very lushy green . So than while walking and jogging there is a problem of misquotes .. it's very disgusting things that have been seen for. This makes us problem of misquotes. Affects our evening jogging also. Swimming pool need to been cleaned regularly as of I know. And there. Should be decreased . Over all cost of living matters a lot over there. They're should be proper sanitization should be done , regularly also. It's far away from tourist spots . As its in Whitefield we can't see any good tourist spots over there,

The layout of the villas in Ozone is excellent, giving the feeling of being abroad upon entering. The structures are well-built, offering perfect villas with clean water provided by filtering machines. The community offers five types of villas (A-E) with varying prices, along with club and sports activities in a clean and well-maintained environment. Prices range from 2 to 6 crores, with CCTV surveillance ensuring 100% safety. The presence of a swimming pool adds to the allure, making it one of the best villa options in Bangalore. It's a lovely place to reside, offering a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

Despite its positives, there are a few issues. Mosquitoes can be a problem, particularly after 6 PM, sometimes necessitating the use of repellent gel. Additionally, there may be blower sounds between 9 AM and 12 PM, which could be disruptive. Moreover, access to amenities like the swimming pool and other indoor facilities is subject to an annual charge, separate from the quarterly maintenance plan. The maintenance cost can vary but is around 9k per month for a 1460 sqft villa, which can add up significantly.

Living in that environment was wonderful, and it provided me with great job opportunities. However, I had to shift because it was a bit far from my workplace. Otherwise, it was a perfect home for me.

Good things here
Living here offers a good, clean, and peaceful environment with a nice neighborhood. There are convenient shops nearby, and transportation is readily available. There's ample space for greenery, and the service providers are decent. Overall, it's a pleasant place with good owners.
Things need improvement
The cost of services here is on the higher side, and the rents are a bit more expensive compared to other places. Additionally, there's some congestion on the streets and a slight traffic concern.
