Palava, overall, is a city with astonishing amenities and well-maintained surroundings. It provides an environment where one can breathe freely and openly. The Air Quality Index (AQI) in Palava is significantly lower compared to the rest of the urban area, contributing to its clean and refreshing atmosphere.
Compared to competitors like Runwal, the rates of flats in Palava are noticeably higher, and the rooms tend to be smaller in size. Additionally, there are some connectivity issues, and the availability of supermarkets in Palava is comparatively limited.

This is a wonderful spot for families! The environment is fantastic, offering plenty of amenities and a massive swimming pool for family fun. Plus, it's refreshing that there aren't any annoying disturbances from the community, as everything is nicely organized with top-notch security and beautiful surroundings.
If you're an early riser looking to grab some essentials, you might find it challenging as there aren't any nearby places to shop for general items. Even for something as basic as milk, you'll have to head to the main market. While there are general stores, snack corners, and hotels within the premises, they don't open until 11 AM, so you'll have to plan accordingly.

It's a great community overall. The parks are well-maintained, and there are convenient shops nearby. Plus, the amenities provided are also quite good.
It's important to be cautious around the villagers and the bouncers from Palava as they can sometimes come across as rude towards tenants.

Having amenities nearby the living area is incredibly convenient, and the efficient bus system adds to the ease of commuting. Living in a well-built city like Palava eliminates the need to travel far for daily groceries and necessities, which enhances the overall quality of life. Additionally, the promise of a mall being built in the vicinity adds to the appeal of living here.
One downside is the limited green spaces, although there's hope for further development in the coming years. Additionally, being a bit far from the nearest station is a drawback. The absence of city-like societies is also something to consider as it could impact community dynamics.

The Lodha Phase 2, a sprawling self-contained city situated along the Taloja bypass road, boasts three strategic entries. Downtown is located south of Lakeshore Greens. The township is equipped with shops, eateries, clubhouses, and is governed by a single entity. It features wide roads and low sound levels, ensuring a peaceful stay. Well-connected by road to Mumbai, the upcoming metro will further enhance connectivity.
The area currently faces connectivity challenges with Mumbai, but upcoming developments are expected to address this in the next few years. Visitors often face inconvenience as there are no benches in the lobby, making it difficult for older individuals. Simplifying the application processes through online mediums and enhancing security measures are areas where the central agency governing the township can improve.
