It's an affordable locality with a growing infrastructure, making it a good place for those looking for a balanced urban lifestyle.
Things need improvement
One downside to Althan is that it is still developing, and some parts of the locality may lack the modern infrastructure found in more established areas of Surat. Traffic can sometimes be an issue during peak hours, particularly near market areas. Additionally, while public transport is available, more frequent bus services could improve connectivity. Some internal roads may also need better maintenance as the area continues to grow.

no History of any crime in my neighborhood.schools,malls and restaurant are nearby accessible.and transportation/cab are easily available.
