About developers Mr. Vasanji Mammania A man with vision and an illustrious business background, Mr Mamania leads the way at Meraki. Aged 84 and holding a Bachelor of Engineering degree, his resume boasts of 40 years of rich experience. His strong business acumen reflects in the fact that he is a co-founder of ADLABS, India’s most modern film processing laboratory along with the famous Shetty family. Mr Mamania has been instrumental in constructing many multiplexes including India’s first iconic IMAX Dome in Mumbai and has also been associated with Satyam and Sabari developers. Currently, he is a Director at Shemaroo Entertainment Limited, a public limited company listed on BSE/NSE. Mr. Samir Savla Mr. Samir Savla, offers new energy and perspective to Meraki. He has 16 years of extensive experience in real estate development, and has proficiency in all phases of development, including permits, regulations, and construction. He has handled a broad range of assignments, including land surveys, title audits, and building approvals from various departments. His competence is unmatched. His career high points include finishing an SRA project on time, rehabilitating 300 slum residents at the Goregaon East Project - Synergy Business Park and developing freehold land at the Deonar Project - Satyam Springs.
