अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
. The connectivity of the society is top notch, as it offers access to the number of public transport facilities such as Autos, rickshaws, buses etc. The roads built are well connected and well maintained. Society is good in terms of maintenance as there is regular whitewashing and painting in the society. Amenities such as cctvs, lifts, parks are available in the society. People living in the society are well educated and friendly.
Things need improvement
There has been some issues with the construction quality of the society such as there are seepage is one of the common problem that has been faced by the residents. The amenities such as gyms, clubhouses are not present in the society. Also, shops and groceries are not available inside the society/

Buses, autos, and cabs are readily available nearby, with broad and wide roads. Maintenance is fine, featuring good lighting, regular cleanliness, and no water supply issues. Timely electricity supply is ensured. The construction quality is sound, being just 7 years old, and there are no seepage or termite issues. Residents are friendly and cooperative, actively participating in lively celebrations of festivals and events like Navratri.
Things need improvement
Nearby metro station is not available, and essential amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are absent. Additionally, there is no designated play area for kids.

Connectivity in our society sees no issues as we easily have the schools, hospitals, market complexes nearby and we easily get the modes of transport without any problem. The construction quality is again good - we didn't face any issues such as seepage,drainage, plasters related. Buildings are earth-proofed. Other facilities includes added security,cctv's and playing parks and gardens for children and elderly people.
Things need improvement
Only area of problem in the society includes limited amenities as we don't have an access to Gym, Swimming pool or clubhouses in the society.

Currently, maintenance is still handled by the builder as we don't have any authority for it. The construction quality is good. Amenities are under construction, indicating improvements and additions to enhance the quality of living in the society. People in the society have been friendly .
Things need improvement
There are issues with stray and pet dogs in our society, which is a concern for safety and cleanliness. Additionally, there are internet connectivity issues inside our tower, which sometimes gets extremely frustrating.

Autos are rikshaw are easily available outside the society , market area is nearby like fruits shops , vegetables shop are there, the society is quit clean, the issue are easily resolved by the maintenance , there is no ceiling and seepage in the flats , the construction quality is quit good in the society , the people are friendly and coperative in the society
Things need improvement
There is no amenities like gym, clubhouse , swimming pool but there are parks that are maintained in the society

The garbage collection and power cut issues are quickly solved. although mostly people use private vehicle but if and when needed the public transportation is avaulable rigth otuside teh sicty. There is no issue of seepaage or lekaage in the society. THe market area is very nearby and convienneient as well
Things need improvement
Maintainance office is not at all active, they do not revert back. Allt he issues are solved by the residents on their own expenses. Promises of club hosue nad basic amenities were made but hey have yet to be fulfilled. There is an issue of street lights, there are v less street lights int he society

The cooperative and helpful nature of the people in the society contributes to a harmonious and supportive community environment.
Things need improvement
The parking area of the society was very small and unhygeinic. The society was very conjusted and alot of traffic was there. There were safety issues for children and elderly because of dogs. The dogs were dangerous and used to bite. The park was very small and conjusted and there were no place for children to play. Security guards used to be present previously but now they are not available.
