As per my experience living here is very convenient with excellent connectivity in terms of getting the public transports or in terms of quality of roads or even traffic and all the essentials nearby including malls, restaurants, schools, and hospitals. Everything is available here. The construction quality is again top-notch, and the society is well-maintained with timely painting and upkeep. We have amenities like gyms, playgrounds, and parks available for everyone. Plus, we're fortunate to have no issues with water supply or mobile connectivity, as well as no waterlogging or seepage problems as well. Adding to this, the residents are educated and cooperative, making it a pleasant community to be a part of.
Things need improvement
According to my experience, i don't feel anything bad about this society as for now. Everything is fine and well maintrained.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are 20 to 30 members in the housekeeping department, they properly maintain the society. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good now and repaired in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Park and play ground, Senior citizen areas are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society
Things need improvement
Constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Connectivity in terms of roads is really awesome. If we have to say on the connectivity in terms of hetting the public transports then also there are no issues, anyone can get an easy accesibility to buses, autos, cabs, ericksaws etc. Amenities like lifts and cctvs are there and in good working conditions. Other facilities includes gyms and community halls there. People living there were eductaed and friendly and there was a good sense of belongingness among the peole living there.
Things need improvement
The most annoying thing in the society is related to the seepage, leakage and at times eaterlogging in the society. All these things shows that the construction quality of the society is poor. The building is not made up of fine materials. Othe problems include that the metro station is far away from the premises, one has to travel a long way to reach till the metro station.

The parking system is outstanding in the society, the connectivity is quit good in the good , the maintenance is quit up to the mark in the society
Things need improvement
There is a problem of water logging in the society , the condition of clubhouse need to be improved in the society

Tranportation facilities are easily accesible .All the amenities in the society are well-maintained, ensuring convenience and comfort for residents like me.People in the community are helpful and friendly.A shopping complex nearby provides easy access to all the necessities
Things need improvement
We face water logging issues during the rainy season, which causes inconvenience. Additionally, there are alot of complaints about termites in the building, which require immediate attention.

Facilities like lifts were well maintained and Camera was installed afterward. Kids play area was there in the society. Schools, Hospitals and market area was closeby the society. Public transportation was easy to access and travel. I used my own vehicle to travel. Garbage collection and disposal was done on timely basis. Society was cleaned and well maintained. It is a Pet friendly society and festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The basement had a water leak that hadn't been fixed for at least 4-5 months. There was no emergency exit or swimming pool. Some committee members discriminated against people of other castes, especially Muslims and Christians, by not allowing them to stay. There was very little open space. Some committee members tried to use the removal of Article 375 by the government to influence others. False information was spread on WhatsApp by certain committee members.

Bakeri City in Vejalpur is excellent! The 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations offer great choices. The gated community provides excellent security, and the nearby schools and parks make it an ideal location for families.

The construction of the area is very good. There are CCTV cameras across the society. It is a safe area. water supply is good. king space is not sufficient in the area. Also, lifts are not available for some flats.

the ambience of the society is wonderful. Shops, parks, swimming pool, markets, and every other thing is available in the locality. The size of the apartments are small and balcony is not there.

All the essentials are available nearby. Shops, hospitals, schools, markets, etc., are available near the locality. Water clogging is an issue, especially in monsoons. The area is very peaceful.
