Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory. Cabs and autos are available. A metro station is present nearby. Schools and hospitals are also nearby. Construction quality is fine. Facilities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents are all friendly and cooperative
Things need improvement
There is nothing specific to dislike about the society as it is an overall nice place to live, and all positive factors have been mentioned already.

24/7 power and water supply is there. falicities like swiming pool,club house ,gym

Construction need to improve a lot. seepage,leakage , paint peeling off issues are there.

Society me connectivity acha hai, mall - market paas me hai. Maintenance bht top quality ka hai, 100/100 he gave the rating. No issues of seepage/leakage in the society. Neighbours are helpful & lifts are also working fine in society.
Things need improvement
Currently, Kisaan andolan ki wajah se traffic bht ho raha hai society ke aas paas. Facilities like swimming pool, gym & clubhouse are not there in the society and thats a major drawback of the society.

Connectivity is good, but in ngih time it gets dofficult, market area is not good, it is not useful so online orders are prefered,m, security is good but lack of CCTV, CCTV
Things need improvement
Rent of the clubhosue is extra, the societie is captured and utilised and privacy problem. Lifts are out of order most of the time, teh pool was out of water and it started. leakage wa sinitial problem byt it has been fixed

Conveyance near the society is just ok for the people,the people were also good.
Things need improvement
The building was in very bad condition.there was a drain behind the society due to which there was a very bad smell in the air.there were no amenities.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool,club house, play area for kids are available in the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Amenities provided are very small and not big enough keeping in mind the strength of the society.

Public transportation is readily available, with markets conveniently close to our home. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and there are no issues with water logging in the society. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are all well-maintained. Our neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The most appreciated aspects of the society are the neighbors and the amenities it offers.
Things need improvement
The locality does not have access to the metro as construction has not yet commenced. The quality of construction materials and workmanship is subpar, with charges being levied for construction work without a fixed amount established for residents with 2BHK or 3BHK units. The construction work is not conducted properly, and there are significant issues with seepage and leakage in both the houses and buildings within the society.

Public transport like Auto's, Buses and Cabs were easy to find and travel. Market area for daily essentails were easily nearby the society. Maintenance and cleanliness was well maintained in the premises. All the amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and parks were available and very well maintained. People were friendly and supportive towards each other and came across to celebrate all the festivals.
Things need improvement
There is no such thing in the society to dislike or make any improvement.

Facilities like lifts were well maintained and CCTV cameras was installed afterward. Kids play area was there in the society. Schools, Hospitals and market area was closeby the society. Public transportation was easy to access and travel. I used my own vehicle to travel. Garbage collection and disposal was done on timely basis. Society was cleaned and well maintained. It is a Pet friendly society and festivals are celebrated together and in unity.
Things need improvement
The basement had a water leak that hadn't been fixed. There was no emergency exit or swimming pool.There was very little open space. False information was spread on WhatsApp by certain committee members and asking them money.
