Transportation within the society was highly accessible, with auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available. Maintenance prioritized cleanliness, and regular cleaning of water tanks. There was also a reliable power backup system for lifts and common areas. Issues like seepage or termite infestation were non-existent. The society boasted amenities such as a gym, parking facilities, and a gaming room. For children, there was a playground and a park with benches for adults to relax. The playground featured red sands and swings, providing a complete play area. The residents were exceptionally pleasant and supportive, fostering a strong sense of community within the society.
Things need improvement
The water quality in the society was often very poor. There were occasional electricity cuts, but notifications were sent in advance, specifying the duration of the outage, such as 8 hours or 6 hours. Unfortunately, the society does not have a swimming pool or clubhouse.There was no power backup available for individual flats in the society.

The maintenance quality was good, with proper hygiene and cleanliness. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. Construction quality was also taken care of with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse were available.The neighborhood was friendly and cooperative. Market areas were available at a walkable distance
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity near the society was poor, autos and cabs were not available easily. There was no swimming pool in the premises.

Connectivity very good as public transportation available nearby, construction quality is amazing as builder is very nice. club house & Gym available inside. People are cooperative.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool in the society available and the society building is not painted since 10 years.

Public transport is readily available around the society, and nearby, there are schools and hospitals. The roads are well-built with no potholes, and there are no traffic issues. Maintenance services are excellent, with garbage collection done on time, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the society. The maintenance charges are reasonable, and all services are provided efficiently. The construction quality is also good, with well-ventilated flats and no issues of seepage. Sunlight is abundant, and all facilities are available. There is a garden nearby where residents can go for morning walks, and there are plenty of shops for groceries and fruits nearby. The society is located in a posh and developing area.
Things need improvement
The frequency of public transport around the society is quite good, but if the frequency of BRTS (Bus Rapid Transit System) transport could be increased, it would be even better. Other than that, there are no problems in the society; everything is excellent.

While living in the society, we did not encounter any issues. The auto stand was conveniently located near the society. Water was available 24/7, and daily garbage collection ensured that the society remained clean. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and the flats were well-ventilated. Facilities such as a gym, play area, and garden were available. Parking space was abundant, and there were no traffic issues. Festivals were celebrated, and the lifts were well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The residents mostly kept to themselves, focusing on their own tasks, and there wasn't much interaction among them. There was no swimming pool in the society.
