Maintenance was well-maintained, and cleanliness was taken care of.the people in the society are friendly, and security is adequate. The lifts are in good working condition, and we recently installed CCTV cameras. I
Things need improvement
Our society lacks amenities and facilities. It would be beneficial for us to have more facilities and amenities in the society.

Public transport facilities are conveniently located near the society, ensuring excellent connectivity. The build quality is excellent, with no reported issues of leakage or seepage. Allocated parking spaces are available in the society, which is a standout feature. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, and garden are available and well-maintained. The residents are cooperative and friendly, coming together to celebrate festivals. Additionally, the society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity supply.
Things need improvement
There aren't any major issues with the society that I'd like to highlight, but one improvement I'd suggest is to have a nearby metro station added for better connectivity.

Ganga Construction has created a wonderful project in Baguiati. The 2 BHK apartments and resident-centric amenities provide a class-apart lifestyle. What I like about this place is its serene atmosphere.

Living at Ganga is a blissful experience. The spacious 2 BHK apartments and the presence of schools and hospitals nearby make it an ideal choice. There is no metro nearby.

Have never stayed in an apartment before, moving here with my parents was a real challenge, however must I say that choosing Ganga residency was indeed amazing choice hence, must say we have been happy at Ganga.
